I do like the crossover seasons in DriDim, but that being said - while I don't like being authoriative on this thread - if/when I do another, I'm probably going to veto submissions based on real-world circumstances instead of diegetic character traits. I think putting Sephiroth, Ganondorf, Akuma, Dimitrescu, and Space Invader in a car together is cool, they seem like they'd get along. Isabelle, Mac, Dark Samus, and Waluigi? Not so much.
I wish the Grappling Vine in Mario Wonder was a power-up instead of a badge, grappling hooks can be really cool in platformers so it's a bit of a shame there aren't levels designed with that in mind.

While I find the character design as a whole a bit unappealing, I like how the Poplins have a darker skin tone than the Toads, makes a lot of sense considering that the game is about Mario and co visiting another country.

When the Amazing Digital Circus was going viral I watched 5 minutes of the pilot, and then had a dream the same night where I played a video game adaptation that was the most mediocre platformer imaginable (it looked a lot like Garfield's Nightmare for DS), but it had the Yoshi's Story permadeath system except they actually died.
Not into zoomer horror, but I really love the aesthetic design of everything I've seen from this show. I remember watching Little Runmo and thinking it was kinda cool as well.
Choosing what character you want to play based on how much you like their source material or even design and not how they play sounds really depressing in hindsight.

I have a feeling the devs of Sonic Superstars have played a lot of bullet hells.

Sonic Superstars is good - not Sonic Mania good, but it's good. Feels a bit surreal to control a 3D Sonic model with proper physics, heh.
