Potentially hot take but 3-11 is the worst possible 8 hour shift. It requires a really ****ed up sleep schedule (which, unlike the night shift, resembles a normal one enough to feel bad), and you can't really do anything before or after your shift. Might just be a "grass is greener on the other side" thing, idk.
