Private means that you either got infracted in a thread that has been deleted, or you no longer have posting rights in the place you got infracted in. For example, when my premie ran out, my infractions from the DR turned private because I could no longer access it.

But never banned, I always start behaving more when I'm like 1 point away from being banned.

Although I do remember my most notable infraction. I got pissed because back last year the Amazing Race games were all the rage in the forum games and Kirby got eliminated from the Melee one and I made a post so large I actually stretched more than half the page. lol, I even have the page right here.

My friend got banned from Xbox Live, twice, for beating people in ranked Gears of War.

Turns out if you beat a party of people, fairly, and they decide to report you, you get banned.

That's pretty dumb.

You are hardcore. <_< I used to spam stuff like that on FFXI and never got banned, where as everyone else would get banned for that stuff. I think I was so stupid no one really cared.

My first ban was over at Virtual Console Review (Now Nintendo Life). I basically went through a rampage when Cho Aniki got released on the Virtual Console (Made some pretty stupid comments). I got a temporarily ban. Next ban was permanent. However, under another account, I manage to behave a lot better and the mod forgave me. I did get a temporarily ban January of this year, but I've learned my lessons.
