I was banned for about 6 seconds when Teran gave me a 3-point infraction as a prank.

And yes, that means I was given a 3-point infraction prior to that. LOL

Well, i've never been banned, but my fisrt infraction was for double posting.

The second post was telling a funny story of how when i was in first grade, my classmate randomly asked what adultery was. I thought it was for being innapropriate. I have no idea why considering the fact i've seen mods post worse stuff than this.

You can't tell though.... lol.. it's not like every IP has a tag on it that tells whether it's a banned user accessing smashboards or not..

On Smogon I have them for mini-Modding and stuff like not following the rules.

I posted some official artwork from an FF game and was bannned because " it was porn". Even though every one was clothed.

Told the guy higher up than the mod who banned me about it and he threatened a perma ban.

This was the first time I ever got in trouble for anything online.

I've only been banned once and it was an IP ban. I went on PETA's forums and said I ate meat but was looking for cheap vegetarian options to try. I was perma-banned about 5 minutes later after recieiving a letter from one of the MODs about how evil I was for not wanting to go completely vegetarian.
