Why can't they just make it better? Don't they have enough money already? <_< They probably encourage offline tournament play.

I definitely would pay for wifi to be laggless, no friend codes, and overall better. It would actually be fun. Think of all the people who don't play online because it sucks. You could actually take online seriously. Match-ups would be understood much faster if the best ppl across America could play each other. Matchmaking would be fun to know a numerical rank of everyone. Also, brawl needs mics. So many times I need to tell ppl stuff or just talk trash but have to resort to dumb taunts and changing your name and comments.

I play about 60$ a year for Xbox Live, and that is for a variety of games. I would pay the same amount for online play to not suck, and that's for one game.

I hate wifi so much... I would pay big monies to make it awesome. Then I could have serious matches instead of just messing around the entire time.

That's where lags come from...

And yeah I'll pay to make wifi better, but only if it's one-time payment.

Id pay, only if it came with more basic brawl options like 1v1 no items basic brawl and DLC like stages and Characters.

Im pretty sure next gen. smash and the next gen. console will probably be pay to play. As long as the monthly fee was reasonable sure.

well they need to fix some things in regards to teams in wifi [it has to be reset back to teams everytime you finish a match]

i dont see why they wouldnt add more versatility, thats definately something to push towards

ive also been thinking about if we got a 1v1 mode with the option of stock/time/items etc. I really thought that'd be cool. Not in like, friend mode, but with anyone.

Not anymore. Nintendo would only fix the lag maybe and perhaps add friends options/ranking system. But that's it. Nintendo WiFi sucks and that's why I'm buying an Xbox.

What would they do with the money? they certainly wouldn't improve Wifi as much as were paying for.

Now paying for new characters, that I'd probably do.

I'm pretty sure if everyone who played the game coughed up another 50 bucks together, there'd definitely be enough money between that and how much our Wiis are and how much the games initialy costed for them to do something to upgrade the Wifi. I'd appreciate being able to host matches and see who comes in, as well as being able to pick the match you join, instead of all of the randomess that lets newbies steal the kills that you work your butt off to get, and then run around the stage while taunting you DARN YOU LUCAS! I HATE YOU FOR THAT! DON'T TRIP YOUR BUTT ON PURPOSE TO MAKE FUN OF YOU STEALING MY GANNONDORF AND IKE KILLS! -.- But besides that, I'd also pay for other modes online, instead of the 2 minute time matches. A ranking system can come later, lets first fix the online to begin with!
