I just booked a room with a KING and QUEEN size bed for $80 a night + Tax.
The FL van is probably staying there, and I think that consists of Myself, MVD (Flying), Chaz, Legion, DFEAR, Xaltis, Seibrik, Afro, and one other person. Seibrik and Afro said they might be doing something else though.

Yeah, I can vouch that it's a safe site. I usually house with Houston players, but there was one Hobo where I didn't find out I could go until a few days before, and at that point none of the usual people could house me, so we found a place using couchsurfing the day before and it was fine. The "safety" of the site is that once you've housed someone, they leave back a reputation rating for you, so you can see who has housed multiple people before and who can be trusted.
Everyone houses for free, but it's generally common courtesy to give the person a small gift or a little bit of cash for the trouble, and especially if you're using it for one of these tournaments, you won't be getting back until fairly late, so it's just a nice thing to do.
