JPeG, your best chance is getting into contact with Spamus. Not only do I suck awfully at melee (I kinda like it but I'm still trash), but I'm still young and my parents probably wouldn't want me playing randomly with one person I've never met before. If I was say... in college, that'd be a different story, tho. Spamus would be the right person for you to contact.

Well there was that Questor (Green Archer) guy, so I threw Troy in from memory of him being from there. I didn't know anyone else from there.

Looks like a cobalt pigment in the top portion... reminded me straight away of a heme group... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Heme.svg
Also it's attached to a what looks like a nucleic base pair with attached sugar-phosphate backbone groups.
OTOH I have no idea what this vitamin is for. Obviously the cobalt heme-like group is involved in the transfer of energy of some kind (related to an excited electron in the metal switching orbitals), which makes sense seeing how this is most likely a co-factor in some sort of enzymatic reaction (which are what vitamins primarily are afaik).

Yeah. Me, Kwan, and a couple other guys play in Troy during the school year. Vibe, come to RPI and play, there's always a smashfest on friday night, and I'm working to get people more active in the community in the coming year, so there will likely be more than one smashfest a week.
Also, I'm looking to make Troy into an up-and-coming Street Fighter community, we have a couple competitive players already, and we wanna get good.

So I'm pretty sure JamesG is now a solid top 7 on the PR, maybe higher.
It doesn't look like it'll happen but by any chance L-Don or me makes the PR, I'd choose L-Don. He's played so legitly at SS3, only losing to good people. He lost to Cura and dotcom. I was kinda surprised but he managed to beat 1337 too in a MM, but unfortunately it was only one game and a $1 MM so it probably won't mean too much. It's looking like he'll be doing better than me in the future. L-Don's so legit. <3

Well l-don did do pretty good, And has gotten alot better i would know since i played him at ss1 and at ss3. However there has been over 10 or so tournaments in the PR line up and you both have only been able to attend 2. So its hard to determine true skill out of 2 tournaments. Players like XXX and such should be ranked as well but if you dont enter alot of tournaments its really hard to properly place people or rank them at all.

Didn't end up playing Bluepeachy or L-don. and XXX didn't do singles at SS3, so I guess it'll all be new once we finally get some games done.

Wasn't the PR mostly going to be based on SS3 and APEX anyway?
I feel there's only a 5% chance of L-Don making the PR, but that's a better chance than me. I'm sure we wouldn't really mind if we were honorable mentions only. I feel that either Blue Peachy or Vibe should grab that 10th spot.

Bluepeachy then, since he's been a lot more active to the scene. Only tourney i've been to since May, was SS3, iirc. But I'm pretty sure Cura just said XXX was gonna get the spot.
Plus, I've lost to every PR player i've come across in brackets. Sharky, James G, Snakeee, Cura, Pikapika. Havn't done anything that big. So maybe when I get around to attending more ****, and I start making upsets in brackets.

We are using SS3 and Apex to "help with the pr". But these tournaments alone are in no way deciding factors for pr. I have thrown 5-6 Fest all having tournaments which are counting towards the PR some. MLG Columbus is counting towards the PR. SS3 will, APEX will. And previous tournament will count as well for those who have been inactive due to summer. And Dr.G and Snakeee have been attending tournaments in ny/nj and those will count towards their PR.
XXX Will not be on the PR. I believe hes going to apex, so unless he does some crazy upsets and **** he probably wont be on the PR this update. Hes an amazing player just doesnt enter tournaments so theirs not enough stats from his playing to properly seed him.

So I finally have some semi-decent news with work... Had a new District Manager stop in today for a monthly inspection that I never knew my company gave. Yeah, they came down that often. Anyways, he tells me of a few things that I need to work on, cleaning wise, that I was NEVER informed about, and that compared to the other stores he visits, mine was one of the cleanest he's been in. Also, he knows I've been workin' 7 days a week, and asked if I wanted a day off. My response: "Oooohhh yeah I do." So he's gonna be puttin' an add up on Craigslist or so, and hopefully within the next week or two, I'm estimating, I'll start training a new co-worker to work weekends. Once that happens, my weekends are FREE, which means the only issue I'll have for future tournaments will be transport.

About this whole PR business I didn't read the whole thing but my vote goes for tommygreen shirt. He's been to an mlg event and plans to go to apex and made it out to ss3, he seems like a pretty dedicated person. . I don't know how his stats add up.
About me I didn't really do good at all this last event. . . .I'm not really sure what my problem is. Sometimes I just go through these spurts where I'm wicked motivated and then like the last two weeks I'm not motivated at all. I don't have a lot of free time so honestly I don't want to spend it watching videos and reading up on smash related things etc I'd rather be playing the game, or reading or just relaxing. I feel like when I approach the game to seriously I don't really enjoy myself, but on the other hand I'm seriously competitive about the game and I want to get better so I guess there's a conflict there.
I'm not really sure what direction to go from here, I've watched vids played wifi. . . I guess I just need to do more of the same. Writing a blog was a good idea but then I couldn't upload vids and then the past weekend I just didn't feel like it. . .
I mean maybe I should just let myself evolve naturally as a player and keep playing, I mean its never REALLY over until I quit the game but on the other hand I want to be legit, I want to be as good as players like Goggles and Dr G etc. I dunno. I've got a six day vacation coming up and on one hand I want to do some hardcore training, but on the other it would be nice to just stay home read play some starcraft 2 and relax.

Yo Acton, you need to stop worrying so much. If you keep letting this **** get in your head, there will be this inevitable mental block in your head that will prevent you from reaching new levels.
I think you need to find some more confidence as a player. Say to yourself you will beat your opponent no matter who you come across. Practice and dedication are key, but stressing about it is only gonna make things worse.
