This looked like fun, here's what I think based on who I've played and watched. Obviously that means I'm biased towards WC and either late 2009 and very recently in 2012. I also left out the no-brainers and the ones for which I have no idea, for both of our benefits.

Bowser - Warriorknight
By far based on who I've played

Captain Falcon - Hax$
But really a 3-way tie between Hax/S2J/Mango. Too close to call.

Doctor Mario - Dajuan
EASY.

Falco - Mangooooo
I still think Mango has it, but when PP isn't in his own head he's actually magical.

Fox - Mango
JMan was monstrous in his prime.

Ganondorf - Kage
Linguini is really incredible, but Kage gets it done in bracket.

Ice Climbers - Fly
EASY.

Marth - M2K!!!
Still the champion in my heart.

Samus - Hugs
Tough one, but I would bet on Hugo over IHSB/Dark Mike/Darrell in a national.

Shiek - M2K
This was probably the toughest one. KK is the best player in the world when he's on.

Apex results were generally- very very weird and should be ranked as less important than most other nationals due to known circumstances.

That said, I think its fair to say that Amsah is worse than KK (I honestly believe so too). Amsah has been incredibly inactive since even before pound 5 and he has clearly lost his edge.

One of those gaping holes is the Yoshi part. The fact that Vman is #1 at all. He isn't even the best Yoshi in ARIZONA, why would he be the best Yoshi in the nation/world? lol

Other ones are based on opinion depending on what you watch/what you really SEE.

I think Vanz has a really good list actually for the most part.

While I do agree that Vman isn't the best yoshi and I'm a little suprised that rank him as the best after APEX (mind telling me why? he even said that mine was better a little while back) but ANYWAY, its not like thats the worst part, compared to putting Jman over Lovage. Seriously WTF.

I've heard the claim that apex was "weird" and "shouldn't count", but when I look at the results, pretty much everyone placed right about where they have historically placed.

M2k forfeited, a few upsets happened, and some hyped player flopped. But by and large, seems legit to me.

While that is true to some extent, Apex is mostly thought of as the way it is because the ****ty way it was run from what I heard. Because of the way things were run on Saturday it made just about everyone either get terrible sleep or wake up feeling like **** because they went and partied because they had NOTHING else to do all Saturday but hang out with smashers they rarely see anyways. While you could blame the smashers for doing that, I think it's a better blame on tournament organization.

I like how more people mention Strong Bad than Mexican for Donkey Kong. Nedech is the best though.

This is just for Yoshi, and it's my opinion. I understand people want to rate me high because of my Pound V placement, and I definetely think that should be noted. However I believe players like Angel/Leffen, have a better "play to win mentality then I do" While of course I definitely belong in the conversation of 1st/2nd Yoshi, whichever, I guess I'd see myself more as a "motivational figure" Yoshi combo videos were very outdated, and I hyped up a video.. and a character, not to mention Hungrybox hyped me up for Pound V, and many players did... I was just fortunate that I pulled off a shocking performance at Pound V is all..

I did, acknowledge, that Leffen had a better Yoshi, than myself at one point, and his Yoshi is amazing.. Sadly leffen ceased playing Yoshi, and went to Fox to further improve his overall game, while I went to Roy and I can respect that.. Apex, as well I went Roy/Yoshi both, leanin more on Roy. As of right now, I honestly don't know which of us has the better Yoshi. It could be him, it could be me. Leffen is without a doubt a WAY better overall better player than me, but I could make a case for the character Yoshi at least..

Angel is a "sleeper" Yoshi, most of you haven't heard of him because he hasn't really gone OoS recently, but in AZ results, he's done much better than I have... I just have the OoS results to back me up..

This could all be my modesty/kindness etc.. who knows.. but I think I can argue my case that I'm up there in the conversation, as for Yoshi matters, Leffen/Angel, and myself all have Yoshi's at competent levels..

Marth's should be taj then ppu/niko/tai Ice played marth one time in bracket at apex from what i saw then lost to HBK with SHEIK. Not sure why he gets hyped up when he doesn't even play marth when it matters.
