Lives in London.Man it's not the cold itself that makes England bad, I was in Hamburg once when it was like -15 and it barely bothered me as much as like 0 over here.
England just has this combination of damp and cold (plus wind) that chills you right down to your core.
But yeah at least it snowed!
Now if only all my local friends weren't out of London for uni. :/
All my friends are boring and refuse to have a snowball fight with me. I might just cover their windows in snowballs...Man it's not the cold itself that makes England bad, I was in Hamburg once when it was like -15 and it barely bothered me as much as like 0 over here.

Sorry to hear that. That sucks :/Blek, boyfriend is probably moving, so we decided to break it off. Pretty much incredibly sad. :l
Eventually, I will move on, or he will move back/not leave, or I will meet someone else, or I will be single and happy. The problem is, I'm at the eventually yet :/
Ho hum, The Unhappy thread, I wasn't gone long!

I'm not bipolar myself, but I do know 2 people who are irl. It definitely seems difficult.Sometimes being bipolar is very annoying, to say the least.
Sometimes as in about half the time?Sometimes being bipolar is very annoying, to say the least.
Girl, a gay guy once told me, only you know what you need. So if you need to take a break, you should take a break! No one knows what's best for you like you do. :3I think my stress I was having last quarter stems to more than finals stress. My mental state has been iffy lately. I really feel like I'm in a rut. Going to see a counselor soon to see if I can figure out what's wrong
And, I might spend my summer quarter at home to take an internship and online classes. That'll be a much needed break from school....this place is suffocating
Why is it relevant that a gay person told you this?Girl, a gay guy once told me, only you know what you need. So if you need to take a break, you should take a break! No one knows what's best for you like you do. :3
Like the United States of Tara once told me, it's the little deets that make a big diff. Why is it relevant that a gay person told you this?
Ok I'm still raging about this.Arrive at hospital at 14:00 for appointment at 14:10.
15:30, actually get my appointment, which lasts under 5 minutes.
I once went to hospital in the morning and waited until 6pm and the doctor never showed up.Arrive at hospital at 14:00 for appointment at 14:10.
15:30, actually get my appointment, which lasts under 5 minutes.
If it makes you feel better, the doctor probably felt terrible too.Ok I'm still raging about this.
Even worse was the fact that the doctor was worse at hiding his utter lack of knowledge on what to do than the last one. Waiting for this since the end of December, travel over 100 miles to the bigger hospital, then the doctor just throws me off to a new one because he's stumped. Now I have to wait for another letter for a different appointment with a different doctor.
Why can't anything be simple.
It's possible you were referred to the wrong specialist rather than the doctor not knowing what to do? Eh, it sucks, but what can you do.Thing was he was just terrible. Didn't even ask me any questions, just told me he'll book an appointment in a different area with a different doctor for me, which means it was a waste of time. Plus it means my GP, the one that set up that meeting with him, also didn't know what to do or where to send me in the first place.
So basically my problem is so rare the doctors don't even know what to do. That doesn't exactly fill me with confidence.
Welcome to the healthcare system my friend.Arrive at hospital at 14:00 for appointment at 14:10.
15:30, actually get my appointment, which lasts under 5 minutes.
