the biggest Marvel game disappointment since MvCI now comes to an unfortunate end…had such great storytelling and acting…oh well rip in peace

It is a real shame that Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite wasn't able to shine and the support ended after the first season (and I believe it did not sell too well in terms of sales.)

Other than that, I know Capcom has been very busy with Street Fighter 6 which is due to be released in less than five months time and I believe that if the reception and sales does well, this might hopefully convince Capcom to revisit and revive some of their older fighting games that deserve to shine such as Darkstalkers etc.

I’m only on chapter 4, but his mage powers so far seem solid. Definitely one of my favorites to use so far.

I think Fakemon creators make way too many regional forms and evolutions and not enough traditional cross gen evolutions

To be fair we did have a ten or so year period, between Gen 5 and Arceus, where it seemed those were dead in the water. Same reason we don't get as many fan made Megas as we used to.

I don't play competitively but I barely used it in the story

I think I may stop streaming. I’m not sure why but I’m not sure I’m enjoying it as much as I thought I would.

I think I'm going to keep at it but I think I'm just going to do whatever the hell I want. I think I'm stressing myself out a little bit by not having everything perfect yet. I'll work on the streams little by little to make them better and play games that I really just WANT to play. I think my biggest issue right now is trying my best to start new games over from the beginning instead of diving into my backlog or worrying about what the stream will look like after the fact. All of that on top of my setup not being ideal in the slightest is causing some stress but since I always intended to stream as nothing more than a hobby I should really take a step back and figure out what I'm passionate about when it comes to this.

Just needed a wake up call it seems.

I haven't played Violet yet, so I'm curious if it's generally considered an improvement over some of the last few new mechanics or not.

I do think it's kinda busted but pretty fun.

In singles it seems to really be most useful on set up sweepers who can change their resistances for an extra turn of boosts, or to deny a revenge kill, which I think is probably the most broken part. But being able to gain an extra stab or further boost your existing stabs means its very powerful offensively. But some defensive pokemon like Skeledirge and Garganacle can use it well to.

In VGC it seems a bit less crazy, especially in tournaments where you get team sheets and there's less surprise factor, and where it's harder to just steamroll with a set up sweeper.

It's as strong as expected but has enough nuances like how you don't keep passive bonuses types include to the point that I don't think it's as bad. Still bad enough for me to get absolutely decimated in a draft league by abusing my team's massive fairy weakness, but that's more a teambuilding issue on my end.


Also as some types have passive bonuses I now believe bug types should get immunity to sound moves alongside a type chart rework. If Ghosts get to be even stronger by getting buffs, Bug absolutely deserves it

It's probably the best gimmick since mega evolution, IMO.

Super versatile and useful, if you know how to really make use of it.

I mean… I know whose voices I use in my head for some of these guys when I read the comics. But you’ed probably tell me they’re too “unrealistic” or whatever since I really only know union VAs.

I mean I wouldn’t say unrealistic but I’m focusing on actors from English versions of Japanese media since thats the majority of the present actors. And tbf many of the actors have appeared in Western media like RCS in Regular Show or Colleen with leading rolls in Danny Phantom and Avengers: EMH.
