the real strategy is to ask sephiroth to not kill aerith really, really nicely. I personally used "pretty please with a cherry on top", but other phrases work too. sephiroth will be like "ok, since you asked nicely. sorry." and aerith will live.

Speaking of animation, remember the walking animation I shared? That and the idle animation took like a whole hour to do, maybe more, and that was with duplicating frames and stuff to help cut the workload.

And it was like 40 frames of animation in total.
