@Xyzz: The avatar thing was basically a bet, where the winner gets to choose the loser's avatar for a week. Tec won, but then some johns technicalities presented itself, so Minato was no longer obligated to keep it. (And I spent so much time making it, too... )

I think the only notable jump and runs I've played were VVVVVV (finished with about 300 deaths... hey, it has awesome music and is still fun to play ), and I wanna be the guy (somewhere after the castlevania boss, then I no longer felt masochistic and stopped playing it :D).

The Lite episodes don't actually follow the chronology, so you don't have to watch them in order, or at all, actually. But I would still suggest you watch them at some point, if not alongside the main anime.
If you want to watch them in the order that they were released to the public, then each of the 6 Lite episodes were released a little bit before each of the first 6 episodes.
