At WATO 12 (or was it 11 I cannot remember), M2K beat Hbox in WF, lost to him in GF, and forfeited the second set in GF to focus on Brawl so I believe RoM 3 was actually the second set M2K beat Hbox (at least recently). But still, you are correct in saying that Hbox losing to M2K does not necessary make him worse than M2K.
as far as I know m2k used to beat hbox (refers to Herb 3 and other sets m2k won) before hbox improved. Even after hbox's large spike in skill, m2k's sets with him were for the most part usually close. It is fair to say though that people are beginning to catch on to hbox's tricks. I cant help but read this as "The huge amount of **** he's won means nothing to these few loses which are apparently proof that his time is nigh" Also how is M2K who is not winning nearly as much as HBox still somehow considered better? Like, the few loses Hbox has are apparently important but the far more significant loses of M2K are apparently not. This thread reeks of scrub, people dont like Hbox or the way he plays so they just have to find proof that he's not as good as the people he's beating. Hbox is easily one of the top 3 smashers in the world, he does work on pretty much everyone, why everybody hatin?

What? Dude where have you been? Hbox kinda wrecked Mango's fox in tournament this pass weekend, yeah the same Fox people claim is godly. Mango tried but it didn't make a difference. He reign is coming(has come?) to an end.

My point was not all the sets where Mango doesn't use Jigs mean he's not trying and it would be ******** to think that was the case. The best example I can probably give is Mango vs Jman. When Mango uses Falco against Jman he usually 3-0s him with some 3 stocks here and there, the one time he went Puff against him at Winterfest he almost lost the entire set. Sometimes it's in Mango's favor not to go Puff against an opponent, and some people are too stupid to acknowledge that.
Wasn't he hung over when he won Genesis?

True, but kage made more than a handful of fundamental mistakes during that match (regarding the link MU specifically - I even posted a critique in the ganon boards for any ganons that wanted help vs link). He definitely should have won imo. It looked like it had been a while since he played a good link and I believe he would do much better if they ever have a rematch.
Yeah and if he doesn't, if he uses his mains an still people like you will still unquestionably think he's the best. You're hopeless.
If you seen my earlier posts you know I definetly don't meat ride Mango, I was complaining earlier that people think he's the best solely based on friendlies, yet at the same time half of those people say on other threads that friendlies don't count. They just contradict themselves and it makes no sense.
