It's part of the SBR ruleset. The factors that decide who wins are way too random or odd, so there is a blanket rule that if a suicide move like Ganon's or Bowser's is initiated and it ends the game, they win.

What about the IC chainthrow where you throw > Fair > Throw > Fair ?

You can do that over and over, after the first 2-3 they will be knocked to the ground, allowing for a tech and an end to the CG. Same for the Throw to Fair to Ice Block, you can get out of it through teching and/or good DI.

The laser lock/jab lock/ice block lock (ice block lock is so fun to say lol) rules are Houston specific. Same with the wall infinites and other forms of infinites being banned after five hits or so. I believe other wall moves are allowed because they can be smash DI'd out of.

1. PZ is still there, it is not destroyed. it may or may nt need repairs who knows.

2. HOBO11 will still happen on october the 4th

3. Power is being returned to about 150k people each day. just hold on a bit longer. By sept 21, all power should be back to EVERYBODY excpet galves,bolivar,crystal beach,gillchrist(they arnt even on the map anymore).

4. Kown is still trash

5. I really want to play in this HOBO11. im so sick of hurricane stuff

Why wouldn't they come because of Ike? It's over, and the damage has been done. Cleanup is being done right now. PZ wasn't affected at all. Honestly, there is no reason for them not to come, unless they don't want to. <_<
