Thanks for the info and feedback Matt. It means a lot man.

It seems that the data collected is from more recent times though. I thought that Syracuse Smash 2 and Geneseo would've factored in, so it is much more clear to me now as to why I am #9.

In SS2, some notable players I defeated in bracket were Fran, CJT and Goggles. I think it was an awesome effort for being the absolute bottom seed. At Geneseo, I took out AK and Sharky. I lost to Goggles in money matches at RIT which should be mentioned. I don't even know what I placed at RIT, all that I remember is winning a round and facing Pika Pika, then winning a round and facing Pika Pika loll, so that tournament should only count on terms of "player vs player" obviously, and not placings in some respect. With those factored in, I was almost certain I would've been a couple spots higher, which is why I was a bit confused. However, looking at things now, I have barely any data to back me up. So looks like it is time to step things up.

Vex you'll understand when you play some of our players. We have alot of kinda gayest players. Rather its pikapika thunder bolt camping, sharky egg camping, san athering, me being sexy. Theres just alot of camping. And not every that comes to my fest is competitive to that aspect where that should be abused. As for the actual tournament i will probably alter the rules some assuming i get some oos attendees.
nukka we been playin' with teh_spamerer, Chibo, Orion, etc. since this game came out

every other region is straighter than Izumi's c*** around 8 year-old girls compared to NY/NJ/PA

Rules are changing for the 24th, its just up for debate as a region. The reason the rules are set for my fest is cause we have people from parents, to girls, to younger people and i dont think planking against all crowds is really legit. Im more about having fun than making a quick 5$. If your gonna try that hard for like 3 bucks just go get a job Lol. The ledge limit will stand for the 24th tournament but it will have to result in a time out first.

wait you lose even if the timer doesnt run out? wtf thats actually just pointless

it actually promotes camping tbh, it encourages players to time other palyers out lol

once again, this is the thread and ruleset for a (small) weekly smashfest that none of you are going to be attending, the actual tournament that we are trying to get people to go to is another thread that is linked to in one of my posts. It has an altered ruleset from this one. please take all your comments and complaints there.

Im pretty sure this
http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=278201

is the thread you guys are intending to post in.

and for the record, sharky played vex at mlg. so he knows a bit about how annoying it is.
TBH vex didn't even give me the chance much lol he pretty much shut me down. Nice to see what a good D3 can do, as in one that doesn't waste time sitting back and try to camp waddle's on yoshi and instead gets up close and keeps me from doing anything. Good ish for knowing the match-up, please tell these guys how it works so they stop complaining lol.

but yeah vex it's the other thread that you would be interested in, Syracuse Smash 3.

A. who the **** are you?

B. There's a certain player in this region that planks for timeouts in friendlies. Not to be confused with seriouslies, or tourney matches. Friendlies. :p

C. Thanks for stopping by, goggles linked you to the tournament thread, go ahead and post there.

Oh and D. Thanks for that shoutout cura. That "-" meant a lot to me :D

I'm seriously gonna need a player willing to play some wifi with me so I can fine tune myself before the tourney. I'm a busy guy and only have a few times to prove myself each season, so I really wanna do well at this. This will be my first time playing wifi so I may need to be guided a bit.

Wifi can be frustrating predominantly because of lag, and I find at least that when I do it I end up playing differently than I would when I'm offline. Perhaps it's lag, or perhaps it's nerves. But I greatly prefer playing offline/in person to online. Maybe it's because I'm a Ness main and PKT2 recovery is a bit more difficult to judge when the game suddenly freezes & then moves again.

Other than lag (although I'd imagine if you're closer in proximity to whoever you're playing, the lag would be much less severe) wi-fi is a pretty solid option for playing people who you normally cannot.

Goggles' Mom always seems to be manageable. Place doesn't really make a difference.

Yo orion chill a little bit please. There really no reason for you to be posting in this thread sense you will never be attending a smash fest in this reason, I would like you to keep talking and posting so we can get to know more people out of our region but not if your going to just troll and bash players its really not needed so can you please tone it done a little. I am asking very respectfully

to answer the question, Orion is the dude who did the impossible and made inui believe that metaknight should be banned.
