Submission 1: Maushold

The surprising underdog fighter, Maushold is a normal type family of mice.

When summoned from their Pokeball, they preform population bomb, where the four (as above) attack the opponents at once. In bigger battles, they will attack more often.

Update
Submission 2: Farigaraf

Evolving from Girafarig, this tall Pokémon has been an evolution long waited for.
This Pokémon uses Twin beams, whcih fires 2 blasts of beams at the opponents, dealing decent amount of damage.

Dondozo & tatsugiri

Both of them will normaly do their simple attacks

Dondozo causes a massive wave of water that splashes all over the stage dealing damage and also pushing opponents off of the stage while tatsugiri does a small attack fowards the other players but when they're both spawned on the map they combine to use a powerful attack (this is a reference to dondozo being able to put tatsugiri in its mouth and then gaining buffs to its stats)

Also if one player spawns dondozo and the other spawns tatsugiri what will happen is that the player who spawned dondozo will be the one to not be affected by the powerful attack that it does after!

Suggestion #1:

Garganacl
Garganacl is a Rock-type Pokemon found in Paldea.

When summoned from a PokeBall, Garganacl will use its signature move Salt Cure by rushing towards the nearest foe to grab them, following up with a large burst of sodium crystals that results in a damage over time effect. As an added detail, a fighter being Salt Cured will have their damage over time effect amplified if they're either covered in metal or in water on stages that have it.

Suggestion #2:

Brambleghast
A Grass/Ghost tumbleweed found in Paldea.

When summoned, Brambleghast will vanish before a large horde of Bramblins and Brambleghasts will start tumbling across the stage, dealing light damage and knockback per tumbleweed.

Dachsbun
Dachsbun will harden its skin and act as a shield to the fighters, the sweet aroma that it leaves behind will heal fighters.

Greavard
Will waggle around and dig up items and bring them to his summoner.

Make sure we check to see if there are duplicate submissions. I will be taking the first submission posted as the basis for duplicates.

Lokix (Bug/Dark)

Feature-Pokemon-Scarlet-and-Violet-Best-natures-or-Lokix.jpeg

When summoned, Lokix will simply be that "in your face" Pokeball Pokémon where it will throw out tons of punches and kicks. To finish it off, it will do a kick on you similar to the "Rider Kicks" from Kamen Rider.

Spidops (Bug)

918.png

It will simply shoot out web silk to entangle fighters, leaving them vulnerable to attacks for a short time.

Wo-Chien

This guy looks really cool. He shuffles slowly across the stage one time, then despawns. While summoned, he uses Spite - a multicolored, haunting aura surrounds him, and anyone within (except for Wo-Chien's summoner) will have their special moves disabled.

Palafin

Palafin dramatically flies around the stage (using water waves that damage opponents). Acts like a stereotypical superhero. He'll perform Charm (a windbox pulls opponents towards him) Jet Punch, another Charm, and finally, Wave Crash. He then despawns, but not before striking a heroic pose.

Here are our submissions for a Violet and Scarlet Pokeball Pokemon! We will be allowing up to 5 votes this time instead of only 3.

Your top vote will be worth 5 points and bottom vote is 1 point.

Now, I am looking to include ten pokemon from this list so five of them will not make the cut. Once we figure out IF Scarlet and Violet will be getting a rep and, if it does, which one it will be - then I will put forth submissions for our starters and legendaries as, typically, they are included in the Pokeball Pokemon lists.

Here is the link for voting

Please remember to vote! I will be announcing the winners in the next few hours.

Character Change Submission: Kirby
Much like Link, Kirby will be gaining a new Final Smash that is based on Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Please provide your submission on how this Final Smash will act. Please keep in mind we are still utilizing the Ultimate's "quick-paced" Final Smashe rather than long, drawn-out ones like in past games.

  9. Amarouge (6)
  10. Brambleghast (6)
This removes Greavard, Maushold, Gargancl, Wo-Chien, and Spidops from the running. I know that I mentioned being fair with the spread of Pokemon but due to the number of submissions and how the voting was conducted, I decided to make these Pokemon into our Pokeball Pokemon. I do feel it is a good list of Pokemon overall.

Space ranger kirby (copy ability)

Kirby first fires of a giant black hole that sucks the other players in after that a cutscene plays of multiple shots from the gun of the ranger ability (which kirby is using) hitting the other players and for the final attack a giant shot from kirbys gun hits them and launches them fowards

Forgotten Land Final Smash - Car Kirby

Fighters Megamix moment. A literal car drops in front of Kirby and he nearly swallows it, and then Kirby drives forward with great speed. Anyone hit is knocked toward the blast zone (kills midweights 50% at ledge) or, if they're above 100%, flattened before exploding.

Forgotten Land Final Smash - Car Kirby

Fighters Megamix moment. A literal car drops in front of Kirby and he nearly swallows it, and then you get to drive around. You can move and jump, and anyone who touches the car iwhile it's in motion will be hit really hard. There's also a bit of a hidden mechanic, if you make a 360 motion on the left stick (or just flick it back and forth like you're dashdancing), Car Kirby will do donuts in place, which deal more damage than just walking around but is harder to hit with. Car Kirby also instantly breaks anything but a full shield in one hit, and will bury anyone he lands on.
Sounds kind of like the transformation final smashes that were specifically removed in Ultimate that Venus said to avoid? Like if the Car made one large attack that would be different, but the final smashes that were long and drawn out that required lots of inputs from the player were taken out.

Kirby will teleport fighters within his inhale range to Alivel Mall where he will use mouthful mode on a vending machine spitting out empty drink cans at caught players doing some damage before tipping over on top of them doing significant damage & knockback as everyone is teleported back to the stage.

We will begin voting for Kirby's new Final Smash!

Kirby Final Smash:

Homing Bomb

Kirby gains a homing bomb hat and launches around 10 - 12 bombs around the stage that will quickly chase down opponents and explode on contact.

We already have a Yunobo Spirit but perhaps the Infinite version can be changed to be enhanced to this version?

I am rearranging some of the jobs I have lined up to keep things fresh and

We will be submitting ...

Stage: Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
We will be submitting a stage from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. The stage can be any sort of stage: stationary, traveling, transforming, or whatever you want to do. That being said, it obviously needs to be based on a location in the main game and not its DLC and must include Pokemon native to that area. This includes an emphasis on Gen 9 Pokemon.

When submitting, please include the following information:
  • Name
  • Design and appearance
  • Any stage mechanics if present
  • Stage hazards if present
  • Cameos (It must include more than but no le 6 Pokemon cameos)
  • Omega and Battlefield Layout
Music: Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

In addition to stage submissions, we will also allow for music submissions from Scarlet & Violet. Since music selections aren't really dependent on the stage like it was in past Smash games, we can be a bit more relaxed in this regard. You may submit up to 3 songs. In the case that we choose a stage where a song wasn't included, we will grandfather it in.

Stage: Area Zero

The area is a touring stage that will start at the top of the crater of Area Zero and descend into the abyss; through the fog. It will fly over the land masses that dot Area Zero and the landmarks there including the Research Labs. As the stage goes down further, it enters into the depths of Area Zero which are adorned by crystals that help with the Terastalizing phenomenon in the region.

Area Zero depths
Once the stage reaches the end, it arrives at Zero Lab and enters into the lab where you can find either Professor Sawada and Koraidon or Professor Turo with Miraidon. The chance of seeing either is decided upon the match starting and never changes. Once arriving in Zero Lab, it will circle the Time Machine before it releases a pulse of energy which causes the stage to revert back to the starting position.

Time Machine area

The stage layout is a battlefield-type stage with elements taken from Area Zero for the platform appearances such as the terrain, fences, and the trees. The Omega and Battlefield layout sees the stage settled into the upper level of Area Zero.

Here are the cameos in Area Zero:
  • Venomoth
  • Dunsparce
  • Bisharp
  • Talinflame
  • Garganacl
  • Bellibolt
  • Glimmora
  • Greavard
Then, depending on if Scarlet or Violet was decided upon at the start of the match
  • Scarlet
    • Slither Wing
    • Great Tusk
    • Sandy Shocks
    • Brute Bonnet
    • Koraidon
  • Violet
    • Iron Moth
    • Iron Treads
    • Iron Thorns
    • Iron Hands
    • Miraidon

Stage: Paldea Academy
1690132014896.png

The central hub for the entirety of Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, Paldea Academy is a prestigious school in which people from across the region attend. Now in the games this is either called Naranja Academy or Uva Academy based on version, but that difference can be chosen with a unique input in the same way as Boxing Ring being either a Punch-Out or Smash stage.

In Smash, this is a traveling stage identical to Lumiose City, Paldea Academy has 4 layouts:
  • A flat walk-off placed directly in front of the entrance of the school.
  • A three-platform layout taking place in the library.
  • A Pokemon Stadium-style arena.
  • A Battlefield-like layout overseeing the entirety of the school.
Across all four layouts, the following characters can make cameos:
