Also, could some reputable Jiggs give their general consensus on matchup numbers? I'm relatively new to Puff and I just don't know. I know the strategy against the characters, but no-one seems to mention numbers. All I have to go on is Mang0's numbers and knowing what he's like they might not be accurate.

although i think puffs have more variance in their playstyles than most characters...might make it tricky.

yes (experience) but awareness can't hurt. as long as your eyes are usually on the character you're fighting.
