))we take up more then half those ranking spots and we are the youngest in our smash scene. it makes me happy

I'm going to Chu Datz bi-weekly this saturday, and will be going all Sonic. (I'm not a new player, but I just made an account on smashboards, been lurking since 2006)
I'll post results, hopefully I can help bump Sonic up, since every local tourney around here consists of Azen, Chillin, Chu, Forte, G-reg, and other extremely good players.

i was going to go to the canada tourney on the 8th of nov. but me and the dude that was going to go with me (JesiahTEG) are both on probation and cant leave the state, lol

Lol I've faced Azen's Lucario only once, but I did manage to at least take a stock, and almost take another, he said I'm pretty good, I just need more experience. Alot more. Anyway, there are a number of big tourneys coming up this fall, and I plan to go all Sonic. Absolutely NOBODY else mains Sonic around here, Mostly MK's, Snakes, Kirbys, Dededes, and a couple Lucarios.
With the help of Tenki and the rest of you guys, I'm gonna take VA/MD by surprise.......eventually
Oh, I DID manage to beat Chu Dat in a ONE DOLLAR MM last week w/ Sonic.........but he was Captain Bottom Tier lmao.

the old vids of me are like, super ASC spam, especially when I'm confused and don't know the matchups.
It's like a safety reflex D;
however, vs people who like to grab you out of ASC, try landing ASC out of their grab range and punishing their missed grab.

Good idea, also landing into shield seems pretty effective if you're expecting them to fsmash or tilt you upon landing, but I guess that's common knowledge.

what you need to do is, learn a playstyle, and than completely disregard it and learn another playstyle.
do that 4 times, and than take the 5 playstyle you have and put them together like voltron

I'll see if I can find the info. It was quite some time ago though. The two that were up in mentor should have all the info posted on their threads.
I had a steak & cheese quesadilla for dinner myself, with some sour cream.I just had chicken fried steak for dinner. lol. On a more important note, all of the tourneys are like 100 miles away, which I cannot do at this point.
