If I haven't told anyone before, I've been a foster child since I was 11. I'm 17 now.

I'm also part-aboriginal, and partly deaf.

Unless the skull counts, because I hit my head pretty hard on a sharp thing as a kid. I got a permanent scar and random eye problems (by random I mean that they come and go as they wish).

Edit: Well, I actually don't really remember I my head split open. I do however still clearly remember the hospital room where my face was stitched. And how those stitches felt to my fingers. Those are something I doubt I'll ever forget.. Strangely enough, they're almost the only thing I remember from my childhood from before we moved to the city where we have lived for the past 14 years.

When I was in 3rd grade, I scraped up my face real bad when I tried to go really fast on my bicycle. I swear I can remember the day so clearly. I remember how I felt when my handle bars started shaking. I started to try to get back in control, but I couldn't. I then fell on the ground. I must have looked like one of those guys from the movies when I started rolling on the floor. My father was above me on the floor. He was pissed at me badly and he took me by the hand to the car. I can remember not crying for some reason. I then remember how grossed out I was when I saw myself in the mirror of the car. I was like "holy shiiiiiiit" **** I look ugly. Then my grandmother used some old fashioned medicine and ripped off one of her plant's parts and used the liquid inside it to apply it to my wounds. I remember that I had scabs all over my face afterwards. Then it healed and Im better, except that I think I have this scar on my face because of that XD

I learnt how to ride a bike about 5 years later than average. Never really needed it after I did learn it either.
But I hope the saying about riding a bike is true, because if I don't know how to do it when the next time I'd need to comes...
