SoCal Melee PR 12/29/2013 Update

I lost to Fiction (once in pools and twice in bracket), Hybrid (Twice in bracket), Stabbedbyanipple (twice in bracket), Little England (bracket), $ICK (pools), Sergio (pools) and alot of Ranked Players

I beat Squid (Bracket) and Blitz (pools) (which it's the only the "ok" wins that I have)

**** I have to train my *** off to beat someone good =/


My record looks terrible

also please mention if your wins/losses were pools or bracket

for the lower rankings pools count way more than higher rankings so pool wins still mean a lot

looking at that, tafo should be considered norcal in my opinion

i mean all he has is norcal tournies/wins

there is no reason he shouldn't be considered norcal since he is currently living there and who knows when/if he'll move

where as joe, we know is moving in about a month-month and a half which is probably when this is gonna get done...

at the same time i don't see much wrong with ranking someone on both rankings?

other side: zhu, johnny

scorp takes out connor, fly, hugs in winners, his only non socal was falcomist and m2k

hugs takes out lucky, alex

lucky takes me out

this is off memory though, idk if there was more

if you got 2nd seed you probably woulda played SS first round

getting first seed never screws you lol just saying

i would have waaay rather played ss than hugo, and plus hugowas playing like a fuucking beast that day. lets just say i would have rather been second seed

and yea i came to a norcal tournament to play socal

i dont get what the prob is

this was a cali regional tourney

of course cali people are gonna play each other

im sure the TO's did their best job with what they were given

nah socal playing socal wasnt that bad

but me, aelx, hugo n mango being right next to each other sucked cuz we play all the time lol i didnt care much about macd and especially not fly since it was way far in losers

For real, why don't you seed the tourney yourself and see how many people come up to you and complain no matter how you configure the bracket

Phil, Lucien, and I spent like 20 min trying to setup the bracket properly. It's pretty easy for someone to look at the bracket and complain about one thing in particular, but then you try to find a solution to it, and that just ends up giving a different person something to complain about, so I don't take random complaints seriously anymore. People looking at the bracket also have no concept of how we were forced to seed it certain ways based on pool results, and making sure that people from the same pool didn't meet in brackets for at least 3 rounds.
