i dont know much about how the legal system actually works

but if it doesnt go like this ill be really dissapointed with america:

i can sue him for the amount he owes me + however much i had to pay in court fees

every visit to court is gonna take like 4-6 hours and you're gonna have to go like 4+ times. I unfortunately have experience lol.

Unless you want the experience + knowledge from trying to sue him, it really won't be worth you time

But if you want to try to hold on to a vendetta and find out how much less the American court system is then you always hoped it would be, go nuts!
