- Go outside and head towards Victoria (which is on the same Road as Victoria Coach station) Ask some one if you find it (ask some one at the coach station)
- one you get to Victoria Train station, train to Hackbridge are noramlly on Platforms 9/10/14/15/16 just find where the big board with times is and you should be fine

(if do you get lost call me/ ask some one that is at the ticket barriers)
