Hatsune Miku (or by her codename CV01) is a Vocaloid software voicebank developed by Cryon Future Media and she is a Moe, hatsune miku is the first vocaloid to be developed by Cyon Future Media and she was initially relased on 2007. Hatsune Miku is a 16-years-old Virtual Idol with long, straight and turtoise hair.

Hatsune Miku is the most iconic virtual singer of the pop culture, some of her best known songs are "Levan Polkka","PoPiPo" and "World is Mine",she has a rhtyhm game series called Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA, has a game for Nintendo 3DS called Hatsune Miku and Future Stars: Project Mirai, has a manga series called Hatsune Miku: Unofficial Hatsune Mix, her songs is in Just Dance 2016, Just Dance 2017 and Just Dance 2018, appears in The Idolm@ster 2 and Persona 4: Dancing All Night as DLC character, appears in Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion as a recurring character,appears in Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei,Her clothes and an ice statue of Miku appears on Yakuza 5,appears in Friday Night Funkin' as cameo character and in the Friday Night Funkin' lore, Miku is Boyfriend's sister and etc.

as fighter,Hatsune Miku fights with a wireless microphone in her hand (similar to april on nick all-star brawl), some attacks would be a slap, a stumble on the floor, a push and a "stab" with her microphone and others attacks would be she singing while musical notes appear around her that deal damage.

For weird character I choose none other than Slimecicle from Dream SMP/Slimecicle Cinematic Universe.

If you don't know, Slimecicle is a youtuber famous for his video entitled Corn. Why did I choose him? Well, It's because he is one of the more weirder characters I can think of. His moveset will have some Dream SMP elements but mainly attacks from his minecraft videos on his main channel which he once called the Slimecicle Cinematic Universe. Oh And Here is what his character will look like:

I just want to say this is definitely the most broad and yet best category for creative muse for coming up with a character idea. I love the variety of submissions that we have. It’s going to be tough for me to decide a top 3 for sure.

Weird Character:
Clippy/Clippit (Microsoft Windows)

Clippy is a fictional character and virtual assistant of Microsoft Windows. He is an Anthropomorphic clip that assists you while you sit on the computer and do stuff. He also asks random questions like "ARE YOU TRYING TO WRITE A LETTER?" and etc.
Clippy is one of Iconic Software characters and he is famous because of his role on Microsoft Windows.

His moveset would be based on Microsoft Windows system like he could play like Pacman, where he could throw emojis at opponents, being dragged by cursor as Up B or etc.
Clippy also could shape-shift like he could turn himself in Bicycle or stuff.
One of his Super Moves could be, where he creates instant-killing BSOD that takes up whole stage (We can nerf it to make him balanced).
He could be lightweight character with no movement options. Also his design is Based on older Incarnation, but he also takes some aesthetics based on his redesigned version.

I nominate Clippy, because he would be first software character that could represent Microsoft and he would one of weirdest picks in the Game. He has really cool and wonderful moveset potential, since Clippy and his representation would have interesting ideas to realize if he was in the Roster...

Yep. The literal Oscar award. I image him looking kind of like the version seen in the Toon Sandwich youtube videos. He would have a very off the wall moveset, full of references to Oscar winning films.

AL would have an accordion based moveset with references to his musicvideos as specials and a pretty impressive music selection.

What started as an interesting quirk on 4chan quickly evolved into a real threat for various mainstream organizations all over the world. This is Anonymous! Represented in the game as one humanoid in a black hoodie and a Guy Fawkes mask, this is the representative of the very infamous decentralized hacker group that exists all over the Internet. Being intrinsically linked with the Internet, they're still good for making fun of. Based on stealth and hit-and-run tactics, just like real hacking, the Anon here will move quickly and hit weakly unless they can land a powerful hit with their various electronic gadgets that they use to fight.

I'm unsure of Weird Al and Slimecicle's fictional status, but at the same time, I don't think they'd necessarily object to being in a game of this nature. So for now, I'll allow it. A lot of entries now, I'll keep this job open for a bit, because the next three jobs after the next job also could end up pretty busy. Hopefully I don't burn people out. :O
