Turning off the specials would be amazing, but then the tier list would look like this:

SSSGod Tier: Metal Sonic
Regular Tier: Sonic, Shadow
Trash Tier: Amy

SSSGod Tier: Tikal
Regular Tier: Knuckles, Rouge
Trash Tier: Chaos Zero

Naaaaah. Metal Sonic can't spindash, so anyone who's good at controlling Sonic and Shadow will beat them every time. As long as they don't try to homing attack him (spinning shield of death ftl).

Chaos was always ****. Even with specials. And Tikal's specials were barely any worse than Knuckles/Rouge's.

As for mechs........
Chao is pretty beast at racing, but blows chunks at a firefight. I've always liked Tails/Robotnik since I believe they can punch Dark Chao faster than he can do it to them while up-close. I dunno.

There's a VG design class I might take within the next year and I'm pretty sure the professor teaching it is alot like that lady there -
the main project in the class, from what I hear, is to produce a (flash?) game that
1) doesn't include violence
2) doesn't have cliche focuses - sports, medieval settings with swords and dragons, space marines, etc

But as I'm not in the class yet, I'm trying to think of a 'combat system' that can be masked under a different context (ex, imagine if two people were verbally debating, except their actions were determined with inputs like street fighter lol).

I watched some vids on youtube, and it looks fun IMO. The items in that game aren't instant 1-12th unlike mario kart. All stars are cool too.

I have the Wii version of Sonic and Sega All Star Racing so I really like it. I like the fact we can play as some of the Sonic characters or other characters from the Sega series. Also I'm really glad that they put Wi-Fi that you can play against someone online. The thing I'm not too happy about with the Wii version is that you can't play with the Gamecube controller. You can only play with the Wii-mote (with or without the Wii Wheel), Wii-mote and Nunchuk or Classic Controller. Also there is some frame rate issues, but I don't mind it too much. There is a bit of loading time as well. Sometimes I had to wait like 10 seconds for the game to load.

Overall, I really like it. I brought it with me to UNLV one day and let people play it and they said they liked it too.

I used only Sonic inb SA2B, so we aint gonna waste no time on that.

ASR is awesoomme, just wish you could use all stars moves on wifi. But other than that, pretty solid racing game. Since i already use the classic controller, it fits well.

Im not really into that...so i'll take that chilidawg. I do support the Sonic/Sally thing in the comics though.
