Before I answer Marshy's question I'll do an analysis of D1 in general and point out stuff I find noteworthy. I'll go into detail on things that aren't related to the Xonar / CK wagon because I feel that scum might've tried to slip under the radar.
First thing that stuck out to me was that weird Handorin wagon in the RVS:
Post 34,
post 35 and
post 40 are horrible posts.
Kevin points out the uselessness of these posts but he also points out that it's a safe play for mafia. This is very true but what we didn't know back then (but we do know it now) is that 2 of the 3 players on the Handorin wagon are confirmed town and the third one is not only the claimed Cop but also an uncounterclaimed major character. It's really stupid play from all 3 of them but I'm not sure what to think about Kevin getting loud about it. Kevin was also quick to point fingers at minor sillyness in the RVS of Monster Mafia (where he was scum) but that's clearly not enough for a fos for me - after all Kevin was right. I will keep it in mind but I don't think we should hold it against him.
The other thing that's remarkable from the earliest stage of the game was
Xiivi claiming miller and people's reactions to it:
Macman's post 26 is just plain stupid. "Lynch the miller"? Even if it was a joke it's a really bad one and again I think it's something to keep in mind more than fos worthy. It seems that Macman has garnered some suspicions for it and I can't say I disagree with these people - at least I can see where they're coming from.
Meta-Kirby's reaction is interesting - claiming miller draws suspicion on him. At first I thought that MKirby tried to scapegoat Xiivi or paint him in a bad light but after asking him about it seems that he had no bad intentions and just was a bit confused about it.
As for Xiivi claiming miller? It's certainly dubious to say the least and a huge reason why I want him dead. Sure, it's not his fault that he's the miller (assuming he's telling the truth) and it's probably not a bad thing to claim right away either. The WIFOM part of it is seriously mucky and hard to deal with and I still think that a vig should take care of him if there is one. It's not actually bad play on Xiivi's part although I'm still not sure why he'd know that he's the miller. It just bugs me and I think it'd be best if we could just see his flip without lynching him since he's not overly suspicious.
Nick was one of the key players during D1 being in the spotlight for quite a while:
Cacti's 65 was the first vote on Nick and it looks very scummy to me in retrospect. It seems as if Cacti tries to misconstrue Nick's intention. Nick was not "dismissing" things from the RVS - he only instructed MKirby to not take things too seriously. That's certainly not "dismissing" things from the RVS.

Kevin joins the party but a little late I think. It's almost 80 posts after Cacti scapegoated Nick. His points do have merit and a lot of the things he points out are noteworthy. The "gambit" part really looked as if Nick was trying to make something bad look good, which I agree is suspicious. The point in this case is that Nick was too stubborn to admit he was wrong.
Kevin I think didn't have bad intentions here although the wagon looks suspicious. I admit that I have to take part of the blame too because I - alongside Marshy and Xiivi - hopped the wagon without explanation.
Out of the wagon I find Marshy the summiest overall but I don't know how scummy he really is. This game is just so bandwagon-happy that I assum that there are lots of independent players in this game which could match the theme. This makes me inclined to believe Ronike's claim so I don't think he should be the play toDay.
The thing about Marshy that bugged me the most was the survivor claim thing. Not particularily suspicious again but I still think it's strange to draw that much attention to a role that's possibly not in the game. Frozen joining that whole thing is rather bizarre as well.
212 - 223 was a pretty bad sequence of posts, especially by Chaco who should know better than to pointlessly argue with an unCCed Cop. Something to keep in the back of my mind (especially since we don't have much to work with regarding Chaco).
I still find Cacti to be a good lynch for toDay and I will probably end up voting him. Frozenflame, Chaco, Scumfever and Xonar please step your game up and start to give your input on things. Even if not everything I posted will directly help us to find scum it'll give us something to talk abou so get into this game as soon as you can.
