People always think putting FD on starter means giving ICs a free set, when in fact it gives characters like Falco and especially Diddy a much bigger advantage.

I take almost everyone to ps1, cept for when im playing ics. not because my characters are particularly good there, but rather because i think i deal with the stage better than others. people typically strike it because they can't hack it

ICs are horrible to verse on FD. I'd choose BF over FD for that MU anyday, even considering how well I know the MU.

Also, FD + Falco is classified as "unwinnable" in my books atm. Vs Diddy it's close.

Different game here. There isn't even a timer in Smash 64, so time-outs aren't an option. I very rarely see excessive stalling in 64.
