Exactly the same for me. Two stage bans for Brawl with that list, one stage ban for Melee (or 2 if Kongo, Mute and Floats are added)Anyway since people were posting their own personal stage lists....
BRAWL:
Starters:
Lylat Cruise
Smashville
Battlefield
Pokemon Stadium 1
Yoshi's Island (Brawl)
Counter-picks:
Pokemon Stadium 2
Castle Siege
Final Destination
Delfino
Rainbow Cruise
Brinstar
Jungle Japes
Frigate Orpheon
Halberd
MELEE:
Starters:
Final Destination
Battlefield

Yoshi's Story
Counter-picks:
Pokemon Stadium
Brinstar
Rainbow Cruise
Or possibly Kongo, Mute City and Poke Floats added if players had two stage bans.
Discuss it in a logical, mature manner and we will
"Comparing Wobbling to Marth's forward smash is perfectly legitimate."Which is exactly what I've been doing in this thread
Facedesk. It's comparable in the sense that they both KO at 0%?
Why would I put it as completely different? o_OMy view is similar to Taks, or as Grim would put it, completely different.
That argument might work if I said the moves were identical.Facedesk.
Redact already explained that what ha....
cbf, you don't understand the concept of high risk high reward.
Mess up wobbling (lol?), nothing bad happens.
Mess up rest, you'll take the opponents strongest attack; sometimes you'll even take damage even if the rest kills and the player respawns.
Because everything you say is comletely backwards. Why would I put it as completely different? o_O
"Comparing Wobbling to Marth's forward smash is perfectly legitimate."Where am I making logical fallacies?
And that thread is awesome :D
Wasn't it good enough for you the first time..?You seem to have a different view on what counts as "similar", that doesn't make me wrong.
Well instead of saying they're not similar perhaps give reasons why they're not similar?Wobbling and Marth's Fsmash are not similar
Rest and marth's grab are not similar
torturing dogs and wobbling?
they can't be compared because they are not similar >_>
Three times, I'm counting now, Tak.Wasn't it good enough for you the first time..?You seem to have a different view on what counts as "similar", that doesn't make me wrong.
No they don't it's called DI, the opponent has to react to your DI in the case of Marth's grab to continue doing it, then there are also platforms involved which gives you even more options then that in the case there are any above youWell instead of saying they're not similar perhaps give reasons why they're not similar?
They all effectively take control away from the opponent after they hit. (it's almost always a stock loss).
Can you really not come up with any reason after thinking about it for like 2 seconds?Well instead of saying they're not similar perhaps give reasons why they're not similar?
Wobbling can only be gotten out of if the Wobbling player screws up, sure.No they don't it's called DI, the opponent has to react to your DI in the case of Marth's grab to continue doing it, then there are also platforms involved which gives you even more options then that in the case there are any above you
You can survive rest with DI depending on the percentage, plus they get a huge punish if they miss it
Marth's fmash can be DI'd so that they can't follow up on it.
Wobbling completely removes any chance of getting out and can only be gotten out of if your opponent is ******** and doesn't press a at the right times >_>
they can't be compared because they are not similar >_>
perhaps yuo havent realisedWhat's the point in this thread then?
are you incapable of understanding anything? what oyu said has been DISCUSSED ALREADY. several pages in this thread and about a score in the other thread. It's not that we're not lsitening, its that we listened and decided against it. You're not some guy who's 'being ignored', you're some guy who's 'being disagreed with'. Do you see the difference? discussion has been had, why continue posting? Your posts are no longer contributing to discussion, now they are just 2 people (ghost) constantly giving their opinion when no one wants it anymore. It's not the "Ruleset Post Your Opinion and then Leave" thread, it's the "Ruleset Discussion Thread".
I'm discussing a ruleset. I was hoping that there would be at least someone with an open mind so my efforts aren't useless, but apparently not.
Your example is based on a certain percentage range, works on a few matchups and on one stage, i've also seen people mess it up countless times as well.Wobbling can only be gotten out of if the Wobbling player screws up, sure.
Now assume you are being Uthrow chain-grab'd by Marth on one of the Yoshi's Story platforms. The only way you'll get out is if the chain-grabber screws up, sure you can alter your DI, but that won't be enough against a good player.
Rest is survivable, sure. But it often isn't. And I wasn't comparing the risk:reward ratio, just the fact that they can both take away a whole stock just from one mistake.
