Yes! Finally someone who recognizes!! Lol I was hoping someone else had even HEARD of the book - but YES THAT BOOK IS FRIGGIN AMAZING! I read The Hunger Games earlier this year when I was at school and just now read Catching Fire last week - DISTRICT 13!!!
I've never played it, but from a quick look at good ole Wikiworld I gather it's an RPG with 2D fighting elements?
