Olimar always had a recovery. I honesty feel his Brawl recovery was better.

Tested whistle and couldn't super armor anything anything ANYTHING at all.

Up smash is the laggiest thing I've seen since ganon missing an L Cancel

Some of these nerfs are a bit extreme (no SA on whistle is SENSELESSSSSSSS), but I don't really mind the change to his recovery.
We don't have instant return, the speed of his tether, or the attack that comes with it, but we get distance and an onstage movement technique. Surely we'll find a way to make it work!

Yes, very practical. It isn't very hard to do either. Learn to Rosa Parks and keep track of your pikmin. Very very useful.
