I'm going to go on record for a moment. I have no problem with WA. I have a problem with you. If I weren't staying at the venue, I'd have housed WA players no problem. As a matter of fact, I was going to sponsor Technodeath in his flights to and from Melbourne, as well as housing him.

People who were able to house spoke up and offered. I know for a fact that Jei did. He had tons of room. If you wanted housing, take them up on their offer like everyone else did. Or maybe try to make friends with some Melbournians instead of calling them idiots for not agreeing with your ideals. Those are the people that get offered. The ones who make friends. I don't really remember you or Corpse socialising or making friends with anyone last year (I don't know, maybe I'm wrong).

Last year I housed Scoot and Shaya. Because I forged friendships, I was comfortable with them staying in my home. In return, I was housed for Thriller at Shaya's house. <3
I don't know, maybe I'm old fashioned, but I like to know the person who's sleeping at my house. Rather not put up someone who calls me an idiot. Maybe the reason you're getting treated like crap is because that's how you're treating others. But hey, I don't know anything, right?

Like I said, I was in the "looking for housing" list since the thread was made, I didn't think I'd have to make a post saying I was looking for housing because it was already clear enough. Just so you know, me and Corpse both made friends during our short stays in the east.

MTgod and such are getting housed by Jei Jei, in the few posts made in this thread, I don't really think they were able to become friends, although maybe I'm wrong. I personally pretty much become friends with any smasher I talk to in person for say 5 minutes.

In regards to the calling Melbournians idiots, I don't recall ever directly doing that (happy to be proven wrong, because I may of). My reasoning for beating that dead horse for so long was because of the only possible reason you used to keep music on, which was "music hypes us up and makes us play better".

The only way you can know if music makes you play better is if when you play with music off (which I don't think any you have done, again, happy to be proven wrong) you play noticeably worse to the point where you may lose a match because the music was off. I personally believe that even if music did make you play better, it would not change the outcome of a match. While our reasons for having music off can (very small chance, but can) change the outcome of a match.

Now, I remember you guys mocking us about creating the new music johns. "I so would of won if music was off". Isn't what I said above sound like music johns to you? I could go on and on about how stupid it would be if someone said something like "I would of been playing better if XXXXXXXXX song was on and hyping me up" because certain songs hyping more than others was mentioned.

I am not trying to convince you to have music off, as the poll said it all.

I'm not including myself in this argument but I just wanted to say that i quite like the 3 Perthians I'm housing.
I've only spent a small amount of time with them (drive home from the airport, the rest of the time was spent sleeping/me working) but during that short time-span I felt it was friendly.

I'm looking forward to getting home from work so I can finally play some smash with these guys <3

The fact you think that's the only thing he could dislike you over is partly why he dislikes you, I think. He thinks that you think you're the most likable person on earth and that no one should dislike you. You're assuming the music thing was what started it all, maybe you're right, but it wasn't your opinion on the music thing that made people iffy about you, it was the way your opinion and your person was portrayed in presenting your opinion. It gave people the impression that you believed you opinion was worth more. Maybe you didn't mean it like that, I don't know. You just, like me, sometimes have a poor choice of words.

I'll be picking up M2K at Southern Cross at 7am, and then meeting up with Jei and the WA crew at Flinders Street at 8.30am. Hand over M2K to the WA guys, meet up with them again during my lunch break once I pick up some NSW/QLD, then go back to work until 5pm, and assume everyone's going to be playing Smash at N2C until late or Jei's place or my place (if Dekar delivers the CW tvs in time)
