It might just be myself right now but a few of us Texas peeps might be driving up there too so idk how thats gonna work out. Possible max people from Texas in my group is 4. Hate to be a ball buster but the odds of getting housing is pretty much shot. Thats why everyone is getting hotel rooms. All housing is reserved for out of country players.

Aye, u might wanna change the rule on the front to say that finals and semi finals will b best 3 out of 5 rather than 2 out of 3 Any tourney that has to have pools should be like that.

I would rather bring my portable melee set up or something and play more people lol!
First post updated with more accurate information. Mute city is unbanned so peach players can stop crying and keep their unfair level. Finals/semis both are 3/5. Jungle japes is gonna stay banned just because it's stupid, and I don't think anyone really argues that one.
Once you know your teammate for SURE and both are fully registered, PM me who you are teaming with and I will enter you in the brackets. PLEASE DO NOT PM ME ABOUT IT if you arent positive and both players arent registered. It would make my life 100x easier to not have to go back in and edit teammates a million times a week. I have a lot more important things to be doing organizing this. lol

There is clearly going to be plenty of melee going on all 3 days.
Plus regionals (USA VS EUROPE!!!) will be going down on Monday. Hopefully we have enough setups that we can leave lots of friendly tvs. Bring cubes/wiis!
People keep saying that brawl is going to still manage to overtake melee in attendance but I dont think so, i think this is gonna be the biggest melee tourney ever (300+) and brawl will probably get like 200 people.
Just my guess though, who knows!!!

I would just cover Pools/Seeding, Advertising, Running, etc. Especially on the 2nd day when we're doing both, you're gonna need to focus on melee matches
If you want to ditch some responsibility for Brawl, i'm down, just send me the lists when pre-reg is closed
I'll probably end up meeting up with you the week of anyways, I could run everything by you first

I already have ECRC handling most of Brawl, although I'm SURE they wouldn't mind your help.
And yes, the venue has a mic and surround sound speakers inside and outside of the venue.

I wish more people would sign up for Brawl @_@ A lot of the people I know say that Pound 4 isn't gonna be worth it due to the fact that registration ends in November and they can't plan that far ahead.
