My suspicions in this post (http://www.smashboards.com/showpost.php?p=9951191&postcount=816) still pretty stand.

Mhm, McFox, I do understand your buddying accusation, but the thing is, on D1 'buddying' doesn't say anything when there's only Mewtwo(only 1), Trainer(on his own) and another one: Trainer(also on his own).
D2 I understand is different, but I don't really see much buddying from my side towards Summoner. The thing is, everyone who is voting Swords is a front, the difference in this situation being that coincidently (spelling?) me, swords and summ were online at the time.

McFox, Swords: who do you guys want lynched?

Buddying can happen regardless of how many people of each alignment there are. Anti-town can buddy town, town can buddy town, anti town can buddy anti town. The act of buddying is one that needs to be scrutinized in order to extract what kind of buddying is going on. Just because the anti town players in this game (we assume) stood alone D1, that doesn't mean they couldn't be buddying people for various purposes.

If scum only buddied other scum I'm pretty sure that'd become a pretty poor strat for scum very quickly.

What's the deal with this theory? Is there a good reason why you can't explain to us what you were hoping to get from the claims you were asking for?

Not really opposed to a Swords lynch. I'll hammer if people want, or someone else can go ahead and do it. Obviously the site instability isn't helping but the game is getting pretty stagnant (though I'm certainly not helping very much in that respect). Let's get the game moving again.

SwordsRBroken travels along his path. Starting at Route 2-1, he argues with the other wild pokemon and threats amongst him to try and determine who is a threat. However his path ends at Route 2-9. Once he reaches this point, he is quickly attacked by a mob of other pokemon and such, and lynched!

Day 3 Beings & Night 2 Ends!

Another day broke in the lovely land of Kanto, but it was less than lovely when the sun came up and again the wild pokemon heard the call of someone fainting. The Pokemon found a shattered Pokeball on the ground and next to it, the body of a fainted pokemon:

KevinM (Red Team Pokemon Trapper Dugtrio).

While they were sad to see any pokemon take a hit like the one KevinM seemed to have endured, they were at least content that it was a captured Pokemon who had fallen in the night and not one of the wild and free pokemon. They could only hope that one of them would not be the next to fall.

So KevinM has been hardbody location fishing (thanks m2 for shooting him), this would be a good plan for a trainer+pokemon, as the pokemon gets information for the trainer without getting the trainer in too much risk.
I think what we should look for is somebody who is not against the rolefishing but not ENTIRELY with it either. I'll reread d2 through later on.

Hmm. The current assumption is that Mewtwo's speed is the highest, so his actions happen before other people's. If this is the case, it would seem to me like Kev got caught N1. This makes his push for captured Pokes to claim on D2 kind of weird. Would he have claimed if someone else would have?

Just going by Smogon (The forefront leader in Pokemon competitive standards) the Pokemon of the first generation (1-151) with the highest speed are:

1. Electrode
2. Jolteon
3. Aerodactyl
4. Mewtwo
5. Dugtrio
6. Alakazam
7. Persian
8. Starmie
9. Gengar
10. Tauros

Mewtwo beats Dugtrio (base stat wise) by 10 points. (130 to 120)

If Dugtrio died and had a greater base speed it could easily be concluded that speed has little to no influence on Mewtwo's ability to kill. Since Dugtrio doesn't have a greater speed though, that doesn't really provide us with much info at all.

It's not like I have nothing to say. It's just that I want other people to start saying stuff for a change. And I think I've said a lot over the course of the game - not primarily about game mechanics (something other players did a lot to feign activity) but more about actually hunting scum. I think I have made legitimate cases on Meta-Kirby and McFox.

I don't feel like many players have put as much effort into actually finding scum as I did. It's a bit frustrating and I think Chibo's the worst of the bunch. I have another reason to vote him but that's a bit more metagaming.

Jolteon and Aerodactyl aren't actually "above" Mewtwo in terms of speed but tied with him - Electrode is the only Pokémon that's truly faster than Mewtwo in generation 1. If what you said is true then only Electrode would be able to acually avoid the kill.

Then again we should avoid to claim as much as possible in the first place. It's not like we learn anything new from it - we just have confirmation to keep the old (to claim as little as possible) in mind once again.

Frozen, I'd really like to know who you think the play is though. Swords was your only suspect I can remember yesterDay but he's confirmed town now. Any updates? I think we could make some good progress if you were more vocal about your suspects.

I really doubt that even if Electrode is in this game, that he's un-NKable. My assumption is just that speed determines the order of night actions.
