If you mean GIF animations, you'll need some sort of animation program. Flash programs work, and there are some free .gif animators floating around on the internet.

I saw the outline, it's just that for some reason the color on the ears is the same or almost the same as the backround it's on(the one where you post)

Uhhh...

Not really. I tried, but...I'm no good at animation. Or coming up with mock battles. 2000 isn't as big as 1000 anyways, so...it doesn't exactly need something...? I don't know. I fail at life.
