You stole my date :lick:

BK= burger king :p

BK is a cool name :p. Anyway I find it weird that im called "bowser" most of the time. As in bowser from the games. I like that name to :)
Well why do you want 1994? Let's see if we can work out some deal. Yes, BK is a cool name and I'll call you that from now on.

1996 was the release date for the first Pokémon game. anyone know why I got 1993.
You were born in 1993? That's my reason for having 1994.

<_< Sadly I actually know people who would give boxes those kinds of names. Eh -_- When I traded him for a mudkip it was named...uhhmm...something you wouldn't say to a fellow human being. =|

._. Currently on my ruby version I have every third generation pokemon plus a shiny Corphish. I plan on finishing my collection by finding someone who has fire red and leaf green.

And before you ask about the deoxys and jirachi, I traded for those like I traded for kyogre lunatone anorith and all of those guys.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure at least one of my friends would name their boxes that. I'm not entirely sure, as I've not talked to him much recently, but if he hasn't changed, then...yeah.

I'm still lacking Deoxys. Other than that, I've got every third gen Pokemon. As for first/second gen, I'm too lazy to trade. And I don't think I took the time to fill up my Pokedex in Leaf Green, because the game felt kind of subpar to me.

Then I got dibs on 1994. Anybody know why?

BK is a cool name :p. Anyway I find it weird that im called "bowser" most of the time. As in bowser from the games. I like that name to :)
Eh, well we had to give you a nickname to shorten it. No one calls me "FirustheHedgehog", or Spire "Spire III", and as such no one calls you "bowser king". I guess we're just lazy.

So does the original, but the shiny one makes it even worse with that colour. He probally got a hangover from the great night with Kyogre.

Lol, that actually reminds me of a report I watched at Fox Kids when Pokémon Stadium 64 was just released. There was a tournament for little kids, organised by Fox Kids, to bring their cartride of R/B/Y, put it in the N64 and play against your opponent. There was one little guy from about 7 I think who was crying in front of the camera because someone stole his Yellow cartridge that was in the N64 while he went to the bathroom.

Probally one of the most touching things I've ever seen. Pokémon can really traumatize you.
Haha, I feel kind of bad for that kid but that's just too funny. Not the crying in front of the camera, just the someone stealing it while he was in the bathroom. What little kid honestly thinks to steal someone's game while they're in the bathroom? Guess we know what that little kid is doing now.

Yeah, I hate that kind of childish jokes. It's like when I was playing Animal Crossing on my DS and the faceless cat came by (I forgot her name for a moment). The thing is that you can draw her a face whatever you like. Then the next time you will go online, somebody will get that cat in her town. So I got a cat with b00b$ drawn on it, I was so furious that I drew a huge devil on her face. I mean come on, how old are we again?
Wow. That's just sad.

All of society today is pretty much 5 years old, to answer that question.

I didn't know about the GTS trick:bee:
OK then ill give you (if you want) khangaskhan.

OK im fine with 4 requests, because I cant do custom like you so the gyarados evolution is out, and I requested the other two things.
1996 was the release date for the first Pokémon game. anyone know why I got 1993.
Yeah, it involves very precise timing but it works for duplicating (as long as someone doesn't steal it while it's up for trade). As for what to trade, Kangaskhan is fine--you could trade me a Bidoof if you want, it really doesn't matter. There are like, 32 Pokemon I'm missing from my Pokedex. Other than those, I don't care about anything except for shinies, and I'm not in a hurry to finish my Pokedex right now. And I have enough shinies at the moment, at like...31?

........Good question. I stopped asking when my friend named my barboach P____fish. -_-

My silver still works, and I played it a LOT.
Wow.
Well, if you want to hear something really mature, just take a guess at what my friend's AIM screenname is.

I'll give you a hint, it's a Spanish translation of a body part.

Mabey I should do something on my diamond, I haven't played it in a few monthes, I just check to make sure it doesn't corrupt. I was thinking of starting saphire over again (the only game I did not sell after migration, due to it being my favorite gemstone) If anyone needs a deoxeys I have one. and it is ligitimates

My friend named his Ev trained charzaried *uckman, yeah......

I am extremely proud to celebrate my 1000th post with all of you here at The Custom Pokemon Shop! If it weren't for this thread, I probably would not have even made it here, and this is where I'd want to celebrate my 1000th post anyways.

Thanks, guys!

I finished Raichu/Rayquaza/Eevee/Lucario. Check it out in the OP.

congrats on 1000 posts. Crap, I have mud all over my shoes.
Something I shouldn't laugh at but I do is that my friend who is Jewish nicknamed his charcter in pokemon KKKKKK, and he doesn't even realize what it is.

Oh come on, you know it only counts if it's KKK. Six K's means nothing unless you're an advocate of the "double KKK" thing.

Also, congrats on the 1000th, Firus. Happy birthday!

Yeah...when he created it, I figured it was just as a joke so I didn't think much of it...but he's actually made it his primary screenname. Not that he ever gets on anyways, but once every blue moon when he does, that's what it is.

I have Deoxys. 6 of them, actually...2 ones I know are legit because I got them from the event recently, 4 of them I got in trades off the Serebii chat room. I got four of them specifically so I could have one of each form, but I may actually trade them away now since I have two legit ones of my own.

As for ones I don't have...hm, I'll list 'em off for you. I might as well get a list written down of what I need anyways so I can more effeciently work on it when I get around to it. If you have any, that's cool--if not, that's cool too. As I said, I'm fine with trading for a Bidoof. Just glad to help out.

I'm missing: Loudred, Exploud, Delcatty, Mawile, Aron, Lairon, Minun, Volbeat, Illumise, Gulpin, Swalot, Wailmer, Numel, Trapinch, Swablu, Altaria, Seviper, Crawdaunt, Baltoy, Claydol, Lileep, Shuppet, Duskull, Glalie, Sealeo, Walrein, Bagon, Shelgon, Beldum, Metang, Tangrowth, and Gliscor.

Wow, looking over that list, it's really sad. Heck, I didn't even realize I didn't have Seviper and tried chaining it for a shiny. Most of those I could breed/easily evolve Pokemon I already own to obtain. Well, I guess I was going in order and I didn't feel like training my Whismur up, so that's why I only got that far.
In any case, those are the ones I don't have.

Mabey I should do something on my diamond, I haven't played it in a few monthes, I just check to make sure it doesn't corrupt. Eh, playing through the game every once in a while is fun. I played through Diamond, then almost immediately after Pearl, then I dropped the games until...like, now. Now I'm playing through Pearl with Shaymin only. It's kind of an interesting way to play the game.

As for the Charizard, wow. Why would you do that?

We already figured it out.
Yeah, I saw that after I posted.

lololololol Just hearing that is too funny.
It's kind of sad, in my opinion. I'm not entirely sure if the English name wasn't open (I'd be surprised if it was) or if he just thought that having it Spanish would be more funny, or both. In any case, it's really kind of stupid.

I also let him restart my Pearl Version once (it has that thing that keeps you from erasing your file accidentally in-game, so I figured there was no problem), and I don't exactly recall what he did...but I know he named Turtwig something obscene.

And thanks, zrky and Spire, for the congrats.

Yeah, I have every 1st and 2nd gen Pokemon in my Pokedex, so I'm sure I do. I'm also trying to get EVERY Pokemon (as in have Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur, Charmander, Charmeleon...etc.) in my box, so I can have all 493 for real, and not just in my Pokedex, but I'll save that for...well, for when I feel like taking on such a daunting task.

I'm sorry about Deoxys. It's not a huge deal, though. I mean, it's sort of cool, but it's not too different from any Deoxys, save for the fact that it comes in a Cherish Ball.

Okay, that's cool. Bidoof's fine with me.

I have every pokemon in my pokedex (national included).

I have completed the same for emerald and have completed the kanto dex for FR and I'm sure I have done the jhotodex in gold (before curroption).

I try to complete the dex in each gen ( I havent for red because at that time it wasnt all that important).

Haha, it's the exact opposite for me. Red's the only one I have completed the entire Pokedex in. Gold I was two Pokemon away before it restarted, and in Ruby and Diamond, I only have the regional dexes completed thus far. Although I'll probably complete the entire Pokedex in Diamond soon. 461 caught, 475 seen.

Awesome job on Mamotress! His eyebrows are on fire, how cool is that?

And about getting all Pokés, I think I'm around 300 now but I'm just too lazy to catch all those specific ones. I still haven't caught a Feebas. I do have one in Ruby, but I don't have the energy to force myself to trade it, then breed it and then let it evolve again :/ Also, I'm not too much of a fan of searching the internet for all the unobtainable legends. I got all the starters, thanks to Fire Red, Ruby and Colloseum. But I just don't have all the hard-to-get legends like Lugia, Ho-oh, Mew, Deoxys, Jirachi, Manaphy, Celebi etc.

EDIT: Ow and about the 100th post of Firus, I wanted to dedicate my 1000th post to this topic too but then I accidently put it in the WTFP topic >_<

Ah, that's too bad. Well, congrats on your 1000th post!

I would try but I'm too hooked on Brawl. I've played it every single day since it was released.
O_o
I haven't played more than one or two matches on Brawl in one sitting when a friend wasn't over in...like, well, somewhere around the time this shop started up. And even when I play a few matches, that's like once every two weeks max?

It gets boring but if you do some a day, it gets easy.
You know what, you've inspired me. I'm going to work on finishing my Diamond Pokedex today. That is, after I kill a few legendaries in my Pearl Version with Shaymin for kicks.

Well everybody's different. Also are there certain pokemon that are easier to fuse than others. I tried making fusions again and I did better but it still sucked.

Yes, some are very hard to fuse, and others are easy. Momoswine is easy to fuse with birds, but as Firus has mentioned lucario is hard to fuse. so it just depends on what uyou pick.

Well I usually want to fuse my favorite pokemon so which of these pokemon are the easiest or hardest.

Charizard
Blastoise
Mewtwo
Darkrai
Machamp
Dragonite
Garchomp
Salamence
Sceptile
Blaziken

P.S: Those are just a few of my top favorite pokemon. I probably have 50, 100 or even more favorites.

Charizard - Fairly easy. Better for taking parts off of than using as a base.
Blastoise -Fairly difficult. Not really easier either way, possibly a bit easier for taking parts off of due to his large body.
Mewtwo - Easy.
Darkrai - Fairly easy.
Machamp - Easy.
Dragonite - Body is a little awkward so sprites can come out a little odd-looking. Other than that, easy.
Garchomp - Fairly easy.
Salamence - Fairly easy.
Sceptile - Fairly easy.
Blaziken - Fairly easy.

That's how I see them, anyways.

Okay. I got a few questions too.

1. Do you guys take parts off of one pokemon and attach it to the other? I saw a couple of videos that use that method.

2. How do you make the colors of them match so perfectly? That's seems to give me the most trouble for making them.

Yeah, same. Except, the time frame is about a week. I cannot play the game alone, online, or anything. As Sakurai said, it's a party game. That's the only time I will even touch the game. It is fun however when you have a friend or two, or a group of friends over.

1. Yes, we cut parts off and attach them to others, but sometimes you may need to draw on extra parts for blending/balancing/perfecting purposes.

2. Use the eyedropper tool to "absorb" a color, then use the pencil tool to fill in individual pixels with that color.

I do 2 diffrently.

Choice eydropper and choice a colour you want from a certain pokemon. Rigt click that colour. Then go to the colour you want to change and left click it. Then click eraser and hold down the right click botton. Spread it all over the pokemon whose colour you want to change. Only the colour you left clicked should change to the right click one.

Try and make the shades equal

e.g lighter shade to the lighter shade of the other pokemon and darker with darker ect.

Oh, I tried to take the easy way out and use te bucket to make the whole area that color instead of doing it one at a time.

1. I can't necessarily speak for my colleagues, but yes, pretty much. I custom very few things. I'll blend it a bit so it's not clashing colors where the part and the body meet, and occasionally I may just put it in myself (like on Raiquarivee, the band-thing around the eyes is customed) but for the most part, yeah. That's not to say there's no editing involved other than just blending, as oftentimes there is, but when it comes down to it, we do paste parts on.

2. Eyedropper tool.

Yeah, same. Except, the time frame is about a week. I cannot play the game alone, online, or anything. As Sakurai said, it's a party game. That's the only time I will even touch the game. It is fun however when you have a friend or two, or a group of friends over.
I'll have an urge to play the game for like, 3 days, but I don't get around to it for...well, about 3 days. Then I finally pick it up, am psyched to play, play one match, play another match, turn off the Wii and return to playing Pokemon, posting here, or editing Pokemon.

When it comes down to it, it is just a party game. Which is why the only time I play for very long is when hanging out with a friend. Spear Pillar is very fun to play with a friend because it's just so freakin' random. As long as Creselia's not there. So is Norfair, because I baffle my friends (somehow) by just jumping over the lava rather than going in the capsule while they try (and fail) to get into it. Plus it's a Metroid stage, making it awesome. (Despite the fact that the Theme of Super Metroid was wrongly called the Theme of Samus.)

...But I'm getting off-topic. Point is, Brawl is pretty much nothing but a party game, and gets boring in any other context.

Oh, I tried to take the easy way out and use te bucket to make the whole area that color instead of doing it one at a time.
Nah, don't use the bucket. If you want to fill it in personally, use the pencil tool. If you want an easier way, use the method bowser named, which is the method I use as well.
