Use search (use the settings.config to search for tio files that contain NAME) and enter both variations of a name. The program will tell you which files have those names, then go into each tio file that has the wrong name and change it to the right one.

Yes, they do. He's counted every MK banned Phase so far.

Still affects everyone if someone beats an MK main's non-MK when they would lose to their MK normally.

Does this program set the K-Value for you? If so, what K-Values does it use?

It's a user-defined setting. I chose my K-value to be 24.

And this is per match, or across the entire tournament? USCF uses:

Players below 2100 -> K factor of 32 used
Players between 2100 and 2400 -> K factor of 24 used
Players above 2400 -> K factor of 16 used

and FIDE uses:

K = 30 for a player new to the rating list until s/he has completed events with a total of at least 30 games
K = 15 as long as a player's rating remains under 2400.
K = 10 once a player's published rating has reached 2400, and he has also completed events with a total of at least 30 games. Thereafter it remains permanently at 10.

A friend of mine and I are thinking of writing a program for Melee rankings, but there may be no need if this one will work instead.
