Official MBR Tier List

I was totally thinking the same thing. I mean character for character exactly. I'd use friendlier names Like: Top, High, Upper (meh), High Mid, Low Mid, Low, and Bottom, but it doesn't matter. Can we just make this the tier list? The Backroom voting might F it up. How about someone present this list as it is to the BR, and have them vote for it being the new list, and if it gets a majority, this will be the new list as it is. Of course, afterwards you can flesh out the bottom/garbage tier.

The problem with KK's list is all of the ties, the list is supposed to be as accurate as possible and all of the ties kinda ******* the purpose of having the tier list in the first place.
