You don't need to understand everything about jigglypuff, but moreso just having a solid foundation on understanding brawl at it's core and it will cue you in on how the rest of the game works.

And trust me, I understand this game pretty damn well for the most part. When people need to know info on almost anything in this game, they ask me a lot of the time. I will admit, Jiggs I dont know much about, and bar Zelda is probably my least knowledgeable character, but for the most part, Im knowledgeable to the point where I can confidently go into any MU as well.

He should be high tier.

A lot of his mus are closer to even over heavy advantage or disadvantage but he can still solo main, unlike D3 or G&W.

Currently it seems like Wario could move down to High tier (C), and Toon Link could move down to D, but dunno... I just don't see any TLs doing anything significant like Trela (/Junebug (and even some older ones did work with him; Lucario always seemed to be doing work during Brawls lifespan; Azen, Zucco, Lee Martin all did work)) did with Lucario or quik, Salem and Nick Riddle do with Zamus. Maybe Dedede could also move down, so C tier is Wario, ZSS, Lucario... Fox and Pit could move up from D... and Peach should move down to Mid.

So it'd look something like:

C: Wario, ZSS, Lucario, Fox, Pit
D: Toon Link, Dedede, Wolf, GaW (maybe some from mid could move up like Rob, Sheilda or DK)



Also Lucas could move up to mid if you look at results... (it's not even just Mekos doing work with Lucas, FAE and Pink Fresh also placed good/decent at some smaller tourneys).

This actually looks very accurate but I think MK is -2 and Olimar may only be -1. Besides that, this is pretty good. Vinnie might inflate some of these lol

Like I said, Vinnie might inflate some of them for G^W lol. His opinion of the character is higher than most people.

Also sorta depends on how you rate MU's in the +/-. If -2 only translates to 6:4, or if you include 65:35's in that range, would change it as well.

For me 45:55 and 40:60 are -1 35:65 and 30:70 are -2 and so on.

How is it translateable if some people think -1= 6-4 while some think it means 55-45? That's not exactly translateable by any means what are you talking about?

55:45 is for mu's like GnW vs Falco. We can force approach, so can they. We both suck at approaching. GnW get chaingrabbed, but kills early. Falco wins on the ground, but kills late. It's a very slight advantage, but it is still an advantage.

I find the xx:yy system to be ********. The whole "percentage" idea of it sucks. The +/- system is clearly superior people just have to realize 0 is even, 1 is an advantage, 2 is a big advantage and so on. Why make things more complicated with 0.5s? So ****ing what if both Yoshi and Wolf are -1 even if Yoshi is harder because they are still ****ing -1...
Matchups cannot even be measured so accurately imo. All the numbers should tell is if you have a realistic chance or should use another character. Who cares if it's -2 or -2.111? >_>

there are way to many players with way to many oppinions to do that.
if you say like mk diddy is 55-45 but there are diddy's saying 6-4 then you can't really say which one is right.
I think this one is just fine. In the end match-ups aren't more then just indications. It's more about player vs player.

yeah you better be clapping bro, I'm sick and tired of these hacks trying to construct this tier list and making it worse and worse, in Melee never had this problem, but here it gets worse and people complain more more and try to "express their opinion" on who should be where, just accept where charatcers are and get over it and stop claiming ****ty charatcers should be top tier.
