Truth and non-truth. Its true that float is helpful in a few spots, but not excessively needed. A grounded peach is safer in nearly all aspects. And float is really only used for recovery and some alternative attacks options.

Float is useful sometimes. When it's useful, it is really useful and when it isn't, Peach isn't amazing. She can still win, but Float (or float and some combination of dair) is usually what pushes her high tier match-ups into the plus. Diddy Kong, Ice Climbers, etc all lose to her because she has an extra option that they don't have an easy time avoiding or punishing, that no other character has.

Ask a Diddy Kong main why Peach is annoying. Ask a Wario main why Peach is annoying. Ask an Olimar main with good Peach experience why Peach is annoying. Hell, ask a Sheik: because she can project herself into a zone they have a difficult time working in, where most other characters can't. Now ask a MK player why Peach is free.

That's great and all, but it doesn't make Peach good except as a secondary for weird match-ups. She's bad. And Yaaay could win but I don't think I'll be "*****" since I probably know his character better than he does

There should be a picture of Peach in the dictionary next to Low Tier Kryptonite, once there's an entry for that.

I'm going to make a guess based on my limited experience here. Any Portuguese players feel free to correct me.

Portugal is far away from central Europe and traveling is already expensive because the Portuguese economic scale is a lot different. Income is lower, but so is the cost of living. On average, life here is very much the same as in other places in Europe, but intra-continental traveling is a lot more expensive because naturally the cost of travel is not adjusted for lower Portuguese incomes.

I.e. a 150 euro train ticket to Holland is about 30% of average monthly income here.

I believe they have gone to Spanish internationals, though.

As Olimar, Peach's float is not really the problem, it's her fast, giant moves with infinite priority and her juggling.

As MK, it's not really the floating that makes her easy so much as the fact that you can **** her offstage if you know what you're doing. Just saying.

for example i've been to france 4/5 times
say one ticket is 80 euros, then I've spend like 320/400 euros ,and thats just france

They might have to spent that much money for ONE or TWO tourneys.

That's a huuuuge difference. It may not be worth it, and that's very understandable.
