Pokemon is fine for me, umm mv3 idk so much about, cereal box, nah ima end up getting fruity pebels or that getto plain cereal and ima be mad, there ain't so many amazing cereals out there? yo that many ppl want cereals I'm already calling cinamon toast croanch.

This combined NY/NJ rankings **** is bull****. How is someone (Will) going to beat Seibrik, NinjaLink, Pwii, Teevee, Snakeee, Kingtoon, and Jband and not even be ranked at all? That's just total bull****. Look at our unranked players. Our unranked players alone are so ****ing good that we could take the top 10 of them and they'd go even with SoCal's top 10 ranked players. That is absurd.

Both the level of competition and population in each individual state are more than strong and large enough to warrant separate lists. It's not like MD/VA where the scene is smaller or weaker and the combined list is necessary. I am in favor of more competition and a good bond between NY and NJ, but the two states simply are both too large and powerful enough on their own to combine the rankings.

Just because it's cool to see people struggle just to make it on doesn't make it a good idea. Just because Vinnie proposed it while thinking "wow, it would be cool be ranked top 5 on a combined list" and convinced some people it wasn't ******** doesn't make it a good idea. The ONLY real reason to combine rankings between states is when it's ACTUALLY NECESSARY for the continuation and growth of a competitive scene and to ensure that the rankings list doesn't look like a joke. Neither is the case for NY or NJ because both contain more than enough good players and have more than enough events on their own to be considered strong and active states without being attached to another.

I have other major beefs, like how Will is unranked and I'm below two people I outdid AND beat in our only head to head sets, but that's much smaller than the bigger issue of how dumb the combined list is in the first place. And yeah, I fight for myself a lot. Someone has to, since everyone is biased against me every time. I never get that benefit of being the underdog or popular.

so, if its pokemon, i want gyrados or zubat (cause zubat=dabuz backwards with a t....and its annoyign and confusing like me :3)...idk which to pick, gyrados is sorta like my signature pokemon


if its cereal...hmmmmm...thats a hard choice between captain crunch, rice krispie treats, cinnamon toast crunch...SCREW IT, lets do pokemon, its cooler



edit: tell inui to suck a ****, no one is arguing against this except him, hes mad that now he only gets #10



also, even though vinnie got a higher ranking, im a better player than him, just sayin :3 *should of went to VC9 and got a **** result*

I disagree.

@Doom, Inui's just mad because he can't get away with being a mediocre player anymore and still be ranked high, LOL! He was actually about to be unranked but then we looked it over. Step it up or go home, imo.

The panelists are thinking about Delta for the 10th spot (he has wins on Kingtoon, Inui himself, Cable, Will, Cheese, Kadaj, and others). I'm still looking up his results though.

The combined rankings seems more appropriate at top 15 due to the sizes of this region. I really don't care either way, but in fairness we do have a much larger region than MD/VA

I also like top 15 much better, this region is far too strong for a top 10 combined list.

Also, to be fair, he always argued against the combined list since its original proposal.

You can get the message across without disclosing this much information, imo. To avoid further conflict with a person who isn't even here to read the remarks, I strongly feel that talking about how he almost missed it isn't needed to be said.

do top 15. have to say i agree with inui but not completely abolish to joint. make it 15 and that way no people who did incredible get left out.

Of course you disagree, oh well, you have double or triple my tourney attendance, can't argue when you have that many more results :3




Also, if we made it top 15, probably wouldn't be that hard to add 5 more players, it would be something like:

11. Delta/ will
12. Will/delta
13. Doom?
14. kai (maybe minty if he is active enough)
15. Keitaro (or minty if he is active enough)

@ Dabuz: I usually think you are almost always better than what you are ranked but you don't go to that many tournies. You were still ranked pretty well this time though.
