Not really, and since we can afford to talk about it without Mic_128 ****ing with our threads and then trying to act nice with us (grow some balls, bro), AIB's general population gives me reason to believe that they have never done anything productive/intelligent in their lives. I say "general" because it's not everyone. The services they provide are great, but the users there have less brain power than a goldfish.

Really? This is dumb. It's our rankings thread, why should it be so heavily influenced by mods about what we talk about (if it isn't against the rules) if it's our (NJ/NY) thread.

The mods get a lot of reports from our region/thread. We're basically saying "HEY GUYS COME OVER HERE!!!" Ruining an entire thread isn't the solution though; just ban the people who are causing the trouble. This is like ****ing elementary school.

I really don't get the problem, why the mods are freaking out? As far as I know, which hasn't been for very long, this thread has been not only for power rankings but it has been a social thread. As far as Image spam goes as long as it's not graphic there really shouldn't be a huge problem.

AllisBrawl has a significantly better staff, but its community is ****ing horrible.

Max it's like I said, our thread gets the most reported posts.
I do wonder though, do mods get commission per each infraction point given? Is being a mod something you can put on your resume? If so, go hard, Nazi Mods, we salute you.

I got all of the apex 2 vids up within 2 weeks after the tournament(A ton of videos) and I still got crap because I didn't upload every single interview instantly. The community needs to understand that they don't deserve tournament matches and they don't deserve interview vids. They should be happy when they get them and they shouldn't complain if they don't get them. It's a privilege not a right.
Can't wait to see the power rankings, I wonder who will get first

Who is giving you crap about uploading vids? Seriously. People just don't understand how much of a pain it is yet who ever the uploader is, he rarely gets praised. He only gets crap when the vids aren't uploaded with 3 days of the tournament.I don't think you understand the amount of effort is needed to record and upload 90 videos. Its to the point that in each and every class I've had this week, I was recording or uploading a vid at the same time on my laptop although laptops aren't allowed in class.
How can you say smash isn't a priority when I'm recording/uploading videos while in and out of class all day?? lol get outta here
Also like I said earlier my smash competing spirit is very low right now, so I don't care much for going to every tourney. I used to major in graphic design and when I did I went to tournies every weekend, now I'm in Electrical Engineering which is at least twice to 3 times tougher imo. I probably could go to the tourney this weekend but I'll just be doing hw while recording vids all day Saturday and Sunday instead.
Smash is every day for me atm.

Sadly its one of those things that people don't understand how time consuming it is until they do it themselves.
I used to think people took too long to put up vids but nowadays I know the time and effort it takes. Btw if you make it to my next tourney I make in the future feel free to do the vids

PR's Released -> people talk about the new rankings for 5-7 days -> all talk of PR's begins to fade into normal convo -> social thread -> Repeat.
You can only talk about the rankings for so long...like..its only 10 people...and the top 5 (if people don't go inactive) almost always seems to be decided.
