I have an assist trophy idea
Birdo

When Birdo emerges from the assist trophy she'll dance and twirl around for a little bit after that she proceeds to fire the eggs from her mouth like a machine gun. Sometimes the eggs will explode upon contact and sometimes she'll shoot out a random item like a Bob-Omb. Certain characters with projectiles can reflect her eggs and send her flying off like Starfy in Brawl.

Yes, that is way more like it, as an Assist Trophy she/he? would be perfect, as a character not so much, but I like the idea though, more character's that don't stand much of a chance should definetly be added as AT's.

Yoshi story shouldn't have Birdo OR Wart. They both haven't been in YS games, as far as I know. I think Kamek, or. . . ugh. . . Baby Bros is a better idea.

@Sonic Poke, If you think Daisy, Team Rocket, or Blues Brothers are likely, you've got another thing coming.

Mehh kamek would be nice, i'd like playing as him, but he's not all that likely he's just a small enemy in most mario games.
Out of all mario villains i'd say baby bowser has the biggest chance of getting in. would be nice too though..

My biggest hope is toon zelda, since she almost made it in brawl.. but she was canceled later on so i'm afraid she won't make it in.. ahh well metaknight and d3 were also planned since sb64 so my hopes are up ^^

Aside from Sonic adventure 2 I agree, but it seems generations might make it's comeback though, I am definetly looking forward to some representation in Smash 4 based on that game.

@Star: shame on you, Robotnik is the true classic antagonist, Eggman makes him seem dumb, but then again I take that name as a Japenese reference.

Like once or twice in some cutscene or other. He's a blue kirby. It would be an interesting costume, but it doesn't need ZSS status.

On the topic of Assist Trophies:

E. Gadd - Comes out and fiddles with the Poltergust3000. It turns on and he runs back and forth around the stage. If any player other than the one who released him gets sucked into the vacuum, they will take damage for a while and then they will be ejected from the machine, killing at 130%-ish, and E. Gadd will disappear.

Hehe..this kind off reminded when I first learned that Samus was really a girl underneath that armor at the end of Metroid Prime, since I though she was a guy when I played Smash.

Assist trophy idea: Soren!

Info: Basically when you summon Soren he would take out his magical tome and cast all kinds of spells such as Elwind, Thunder or Fire tracking around the nearest opponent, the type of spell he casts would be random.

lol. Most Fire Emblem characters probably are into kinky things too. I mean just look at them. Those boys are too pretty. Also, Nintendo Tourney Round 02 is up, just thought I would say that again.

ANYWAYS, If we're talking assist trophies, I think someone like Birdo is needed. I want an annoying character to pop out and follow you around. She would probably follow you, spitting eggs. You dodging all of these would make you an incredibly easy target for opponents. Plus, Birdo makes me laugh. My brother when he was about ten or eleven all told us what he thinks Birdo's mouth would be used for. . . I laughed, to say the least.

@KumaOso: If custom songs were done, I would put this on a Sin & Punishment stage if it happens.

In regards to Assist Trophies, since I don't think Yoshi is getting a second rep; what do people think of Kamek being Assist Trophies?

I actually like her design a lot. Which is weird, because she's very "plain jane" style-wise.. What weapon does she use? I hope she fights for river sandals and her cats.

Kamek would make a fine assist trophy, I would prefer for him to take a sort of "Ancient Minister" role in what is bound to be SSE2.

Assist Trophy : King Hippo!

Info: When he is summoned he would basically targer and follow the nearest target with a series of powerful blows, followed by a finishing punch of some sort.

I actually would like to see him as an SSE Boss if Little Mac got in, but if he isn't an AT would be just fine.

Waluigi He hasn't appeared in a mainstream title, so he probably won't make it in. An Assist Trophy is pretty much his best bet.

Dr. Mario Not as a separate entity; make him an alternate outfit for Mario
Daisy She only made one mainstream appearance. Other than that, she's heavily a spin-off character.

TLOZ Series:

Young Link I'd rather have Toon Link, since he can have a moveset that involves all the Toon Links.
Ghirahim No way do I see him getting in.
Vaati Like Ghirahim, not going to cut it.
Skull Kid A no show either.
Midna Sorry, but no go here either.

One of the Event Matches that I've made up has King Hippo being an Assist Trophy. A good way for him to take down your foes.

Looks like she uses knives. That might be interesting. Though, I think Sakurai said something against them when referring to Snake once. Also I didn't know river sandals was like, a thing. SHE CLEARLY FIGHTS FOR KNEE-HIGH HIGH-HEELED BOOTS ANYWAY.

I can definetly see Palutena in as well, but her only complication is that she is part of Pit's Final Smash which would raise some questions about her inclusion, but if Sakurai shows interest in her he could easily disregard it and upgrade her to playable status, personally though I'd like to see Medusa instead.

I'm indifferent when it comes to Kid Icarus rep. While I do prefer Medusa to be playable, Palutena is also a potential candidate and considering that move sets have been done before, I can see Palutena be playable.

Agreed, I wouldn't mind Paletuna since she does happen to be female as well, if we got Medusa as an SSE boss and Palutena to be playable that would be good enough for me.

I'm neutral on a new Kid Icarus rep, but I wouldn't be surprised to see one, due to Sakurai working on Uprising.

However, I would rather play it first before supporting any rep from it due to I'm not sure if I like the direction the series is taking. An FF style character WTF?
