While on the ground, grabbing's way better.

Dtilt covers more space than grabbing, and you can do Dtilt to Dtilt in the time it takes to grab 1 time.

It also depends on what % they are at. Higher %, Dtilt is worse. Mid %, probably better. Low, Grab is probably better.

Jigglypuff only has issues killing if you stale everything. I think no one is playing her correctly, which is why I made a new guide and made a "how to kill" section.
