Inui will look at those results and initiate a drawn out circle jerk fest with his alter egos about how MK sucks since he can't even win a under 50 person tournament and that this proves Snake is better than MK lol.

MK has been allowed much more than he has banned, and back to back events really close together allow MK. MK also has been allowed a few times at HOBO's where people collectively allow him, or where OOS shows up and even if it's the "turn" for MK banned, Allan changes it and makes it allowed.

Bigger events he throws are MK allowed, like WHOBO's.

It's a legit site. It's actually a shop in a mall in California iirc. Very good with shipping, had no problems with them. They're a solid 30 bucks tho (with shipping) because it's imported from Japan. However the ones on ebay are uglier AND cost more.
