I don't know if you know this, but your brain isn't the same as mine, meaning while you either know what each unknown pokemon represents or you're just smarter and can see what they shape out to be, I didn't know. Don't call me out on my ignorance, please.

IM BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry everyone but i will resume the MU thread again, i have been gone due to schooling and family issues. Also i just went to a major blazblue tourny and placed 2nd so i was practicing for that as well. But now im back, and just wanted to let you all know that i havn't given up on it >:)

yeah when gates, me and energy had a sitcom show here. Then a couple new ***s popped in and the two went their seperate ways on these forums although both seem to be distancing themselves from brawl which is understandable. SSF4 makes this game look like a joke however it's not perfect. Due to natures of the blocking system and reversal there seems to be more luck involved than in brawl. Like people bash brawl for tripping but guessing on wakeup is much, MUCH more luck involved and happens everytime a knockdown occurs. Also SSF4 seems to be hit with the causal stick too with **** like auto-correct. It really makes spamming DP less punishable.

tl;dr Brawl still sucks but SSF4 aint total bliss either.

that's my honest take after playing both games extensively.

I'm sorry i havent been posting here, im usually the comic relief girl but ive just been sooo busy since i moved to dallas. Furniture coming in tommorow its going to be a mess. I'll probly go to some phases though. I just won't take it too seriously. Kirby is so bad at this point in the metagame sometime i dont even attempt to do his grab combos anymore. Any competent player should know how to sdi it after the u-air. :glare:

That's kind of what I think of people.

@Dina: To say that Kirby's combo is not viable & people who fail to SDI it are incompetent players because they don't always SDI it is not fair. Most moves in this game are SDIable. Do all players apply it? No. Can they apply it consistently in every possible situation? Possibly, but no such player has been able to. With your logic, you are implying that DEHF, Junebug, and ChuDat are incompetent players because they fail to SDI certain move strings.

mistakes happen but generally speaking the full chain grab shouldnt be happening at this point in the metagame against seasoned players. Don't put words in my mouth, i didn't pull any specific people in that statement.

I'll rephrase:

Kirby's combo isn't viable to people who know the match up and do not screw up.

We all better now?

So now it's about knowing the match up and not screwing up instead of SDI? Ok.

...And? Again, good players would do exactly the same thing without autocorrect, and would be just as impossible to beat, so what's the difference?

@Dina: the few times I played SF4, I used sagat and loved him. :3

EDIT: Oh and for the record: I can't pull off the shoryuken input regularly in Guilty Gear.

Hmm. Yesss chocolate. I love dark chocolate! Around 70 percent is my comfort zone, over 80 and that shiz is nastay!

@other peeps discussion, don't even get me started on how ******** autoaim is in console shooters. :/
