at least when we HAVE melee tournies we get like 40 people

u guys have brawl tournies like every week with 20 people, thats ****ing sad

md/va needs to step up

Actually since pound there has only been 1 brawl tourney......and that was on a sunday night lolwtf

So you are wrong about 1 everyweek

Melee has had 1 tournament in the past year that wasn't a chu biweekly or pound.

LoL I would like to point out that katsucon did have 22 entrants for brawl (they up'd the price from 5 to 10 at the event) and only 5 people entered melee.

In either case that's sad, wish they kept the entry fee at 5.....I don't know whose silly idea that was :p

I'd like to point out how dumb it is to argue about how popular a game is

Instead, you should think about why people aren't going to events and for what reason, and help them get there. I can't do this alone.

Tant is right. I agree with his posts. I think MD/VA should be helping each other out. Once I start my bi-weeklies, I'll be able mold MD/VA back to its original form.
