Lie I'm hosting a smashfest I recommend doing the same that way the south side has a closer smashfest

Either that or you can enjoy the 7 man tourney

Also we are definitely doing draft crews at my fest BTW

I'm all for a tournament but how about something with a little more notice so we could try and see a larger attendance? These last minute things never really work out that well imo, I'd aim for the last weekend in January or first weekend in February that's like 2 or 3 weeks to build it.

reasoning btw since no one talked about it:

logic - okay sure, sucks oos and against oos but beats us regularly
lie - won that OH tourney, beat me directly
zak - consistently best performer OOS and against OOS but not so good in region
june - beat M2K and underperformed at xanadu
seagull - consistent placings at pretty much all events, got into bracket @ apex

lol @ image, top 5 are decent I guess, but I don't think a new PR should even be made yet. I feel like the only MD/VA event was xanadu and the PR should be made after 2 more events. Also disagree with top 5 because there are still players like Neo who are awesome (beat dabuz) and shouldn't be left out. Top 8 is better if not top 10 and the panelists can debate for the last 3 spots instead of just saying "Oh well these five are definitely on" and be done with it. Just my opinion tho
