But yeah, i'm moving out to holden in less than a year which is right by spencer so we should totally play. i would love to get better.

and Zeb, doubles for brawl? Nice. I'm kind of torn between with who i want to team with, so anyone who's pretty good let me know. I'm kind of glad brawl doubles is the way it's going because now i have a chance to place top 10 in something if the group of people for brawl doesn't change drastically since MM12.

hahaha yeah I def. want a rematch. Over winterbreak, I've been traveling to Cali tournies with TOA (nanerz, sean, erow, etc). I'm def. gonna miss the active community over there.

Anyways, me and my friend were thinking that maybe we can stop by Lowell sometime. Do you hold like any smashfests or anything there?

It's not biased, it's based on people who are actively contributing to the community, who really should have priority, since it is exactly those people who keep the game alive. I don't think Brawl should be ignored, but unless the Brawl community wants to step it up and contribute positively, then they really shouldn't get priority, no matter what the ratio of players is. That said, the melee only tournament had about 45-50 people, and given that most of these people compete regularly, and there are plenty of people who show up to Brawl tournaments with minor competitive experience, I would say that the melee community is, in fact, stronger than the Brawl community.

You do realize that a lot of brawlers are leaving this website for AiB. Hence, it IS biased because those good brawl players/contributors don't even see this tournament posted at all. The tournament search function on AiB is wayyy better than anything on smashboards.

I'm pretty tight with the nor cal brawling community. It's hard to meet new brawlers in NE especially if there are hardly any tournies in MA at all. I'm gonna try my best though.
