Mink, you NEED to get your match against Verm on the stream, that NEEDS to happen! It'll be sooooo good! I will personally rant to Alex Strife about it if need be, that match right there may very well be the greatest match that will ever been played in smash history.

This tournament is no joke and unless you want to be getting out of pools you need to be playing the characters you think are best for the current situation.

I was playing aganist Gallax's ganon yesterday.

It wa close when i played ZSS...

But it was a landslide victory (my favor) when i played puff.

Which is inverse for Viper's Ganon.

Its easy to time out people you don't know.
When I fight a friend and they're like "don't do play so gay. Come on D:"
I feel bad and let em have it.

Except for my best friend. I was gonna time him out with ganon and he goes "Dude don't time out. That's so noobish! It just means you're afraid of losing so you're running away!"

I was up two stocks.

It's pretty much why I love National events. Having to play with people in NJ which has some of the toughest players makes much easier for me to play people out of state. Along with the fact that nobody really knows how to deal with Jigglypuff shenanigans.

Only problem I see there is that there's gonna be another person getting in your way from doing that.

Doubles aren't 2 vs 1 after all.

Doubles aren't 2 vs 1 after all.

1. Get one of them to a high %
2. Knock that one away
3. Gang up on the other opponenet
4. Grab him
5. start the combo
6. ???
7. Profit!!!!

But seriously we killed metaknight in about 6 seconds and we'd probably be able to kill faster than that. If we can get consistent enough with the combo it shouldn't be impossible to pull off in the middle of a doubles match. And you bet your *** that we'll try and do it in 2v1 situations.

We're making it our goal to pull it off in the tournament.

This is our mission list
1. Do it against a Dummy Opponenent
2. Against a moving CPU
3. Against a moving CPU with another CPU partner
4. Against other teams in friendlies
5. In Tournament

I really hope you and mai boy, Mink pull it off at APEX. :D

That combo was very good.
I'm just not sure how easy it'll be to find an opening to pull it off.

We've been working on that and there are a couple of ways to prepare ourselves for it.

If a Jigglypuff does drill she can follow it up with a grab and if the other Jigglypuff is nearbye it should be enough time to set up. We'll be talking with each other during the matches so we'll both know that we're going to try and go for the combo in the next few seconds.

And for 2v1 situations, if one of us grabs towards the other jigglypuff, just grab release into the other Jigglypuff, and then when that Jigglypuff grabs them out of the grab release, the first Jigglypuff will jump behind the grabbing one, position themselves quickly and then start the combo.
