From what I heared he's an ice climbers main which is jiggs best high tier matchup so it is winnable :D

He's not a top player but he can do amazing things if he gets his hype up.

@melon : GL then, don't pick SV against him that's all.

Edit : call me crazy but I don't think Jiggs/GW is -4, all you have to do to notice it is stay on the ground.
