Plot: Bowser is freed from imprisonment by two humans wearing similar outfits to Mario and Luigi. with his two new allies, Bowser starts a conquest along the realms, with a new army including his own children. The fighters refuse but are forced to battle each other, but eventually have to team up to face Master Hand, who reveals this was a test in order to see who the greatest fighters in all the multiverse are, if he ever needs them to team up. The fighters return to their own world and the film ends with teases for other potential heroes, including a boy with a baseball cap and a man with a falcon symbol on his chest.

While I’d miss Ice Climbers and Sheik, I like the roster, and Meloetta and Hector would be cool characters to see.

While I made a 30 character reboot roster earlier on this thread, I’m going to make roster for a hypothetical sequel with 50-65 fighters base game (including Dr. Mario and echoes) along with 12 DLC fighters (I think we’ll get something like this as the sequel will probably reuse Ultimate’s assets, but time constraints might get in the way with what returns).

Spoiler: Reasons

For veterans, I’ll just go over the questionable ones.
Daisy and Ken feel like higher priority echoes.
I feel like Dr. Mario will sneak in anyway.
At this point, I have Sheik, Falco, and Mr. Game & Watch here as they are SSB staples in almost the same way that the original 12 are.
I feel like a second Link is something that tends to be prioritzed.
My Fire Emblem veterans are all blue haired sword wielders, but Ike‘s been there longer than Robin, and people wanted Chrom.
Pokemon Trainer, Rosalina, and Ice Climbers have cool gimmicks.
With Animal Crossing‘s success and Villager and Isabelle’s presence in Mario Kart 8, I don’t feel right removing either of them.
Mii Fighters give people customization.
For the third parties, I just took every Sega, Capcom, and Namco fighter.
For my newcomers, most of the Nintendo ones are just those I’d probably be pressured to add where Noah, Meowscarada, and Alear are just placeholder names.
DJ Octavio is here as I think he’d be a more distinct character than Octoling.
The other newcomers are just those that I want (I like Amy more than Tails/Eggman, but if I were to pick a more prominent choice, I’d prefer Tails).
DLC is mostly there to get some of the Square/Disney/Microsoft characters back.
I have Monster Hunter and Lloyd here too as Monster Hunter is relevant, and Lloyd was a Mii outfit, and I have my most wanted (Tidus).
Zero Suit Samus, Lucario and R.O.B. are here to primarily complete the Brawl veterans that were in For.
Toad/Toadette is more or less here to help add another prominent character, and I like the Toads.

Also, here is a Crusade roster that I thought of if there were 10 more fighters (I’ll assume newcomers only as the roster seems to have gone that direction since 0.9.2)

Recently watched One Piece again (up to Thriller Bark + Z and Red, I know those movies are many arcs after of what I'm but I'm watching it with my dad and he noticed the movies in Amazon Prime so we watched them, probably even watching Gold and Stampede eventually). Decided to take another crack at a Disney platfighter roster (even if I can't remember if I posted the first on SB or not)

• I put the most focus on the animated canon, but I tried to get a little from all of Disney's corners - TVA, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, and Fox (even if the Fox rep is just Homer).
• Snow White's a weird pick from a moveset perspective, but given that she hails from the first Disney film, she's probably one of the most important to have. She'd probably be a summoner with the seven dwarfs and animal friends as summons.
• As for why I picked Timon and Pumbaa over Simba... Honestly, I just think they're fun characters and would have a lot to bring to the table.
• I tried to be a little conservative with the TVA stuff this go around - Kim gets in as the first "big" Disney animated show to make it big, Phineas & Ferb make it in due to how popular they are (even getting new content years after the show's finale), and Wander/Sylvia and Anne get in as more "modern" reps, the former of which being a bit more biased.
  • That said, I need to address a big absense here - Where's a Gravity Falls rep? I was considering Bill Cipher, but remembering that it seems like Alex H. isn't too fond of Disney, I decided to leave him off for realism's sake. Tarzan and Luz from Owl House had a similar fate.
• In a similar vein, I wanted a live-action show fighter, but couldn't find many shows that I was comfortable using due to real-world controversy/weirdness regarding actors. As such, I picked Crash from Crash and Bernstein - FAR from a realistic pick, but one I like. If it makes you feel better, consider him he "Nobody Except Faz Wants This Character" fighter all my rosters seem to have.
• Sully is supposed to be Sully and Mike but I tried to do the whole "Mike gets covered up" gag with their icon and failed miserably

Most of the roster consists of characters from Street Fighter 6, Garou: Mark of the Wolves and Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, newest installments from both series and may fit well together thematically timeline-wise. Fighters are arranged based on rivalries below.

  • Both are among the primary protagonists (Rashid being SFV's main hero and Joe joining the Bogards on their journey to exact revenge on Geese), who can be goofy at times (especially Joe in KOF's canon) and has the ability to summon hurricanes (with Ysaar and Screw Upper being nearly identical).

  • While his form debuted in SFV, Bison borrows aspects from his Alpha 3 boss fight (as Final Bison; especially Final Psycho Crusher as one of his Super Combos) and SF6 moveset, while Geese is based on his appearance from Real Bout Fatal Fury Special.
  • Their living selves (of sorts) are likely going to be alternate costumes.
• G (SFV) vs. White (Dominated Mind)
• Sagat vs. Wolfgang Krauser
  • Since Dominated Mind is apparently canon (with him lacking a halo on his head), Krauser's suicide from the guides and a OVA was likely planned to be a retcon.
  • Both has a few connections on their sides: having gotten permanent scars in the past (a chest by Ryu's Metsu Shoryuken and a forehead by Jeff Bogard's Power Wave), can throw projectiles high and low (Tiger Shot/Blitz Ball), has devastating super attacks with one around that type (Tiger Cannon/Kaiser Wave) and became the emperor (Emperor of Muay Thai/Earl of Stroheim) when they were a teenager.
• Sheng Long vs. Mr. Karate II/Ryo Sakazaki
  • A famous hoax who inspired Akuma (and finally became canon) versus the secret boss in a fighting game who predated him by one year, considering that Art of Fighting shares a timeline with Fatal Fury.
  • Both are pretty much powerful "shotos" with twists such as one-handed fireballs (Ryo's usual method of Ko-Ou Ken and Sheng's "joke" profile in SCRI).

This was a LOT harder than I expected. Cartoon Network's mostly action-adjacent lineup and Nick's mostly slice-of-life lineup are a very tough mix. I had such a hard job with Garfield's rival I almost used the Crying Breakfast Friends or the Super Chunk mascot. Wish I found room for a Clarence or Sheep character.

Alright, no one has ever done a Beat'em up roster on this thread I think, so I'll do it myself..

Pokemon: Ghetsis's Invasion

I know this seems like a strange & unfitting idea at first glance due to Pokemon being an RPG franchise (but wait, DnD also has Beat'em up video games), but since we have a pokemon fighting game, so this means that Beat'em up game is plausible and risky at the same time.

A Beat'em up video game based on most selling RPG franchise - Pokemon and it's story is about Ghetsis returning for revenge via using various villainous Pokemon to assist him for world domination.

The gameplay of the game is like TMNT, Double Dragon, Scott Pilgrim vs World and Battletoads, but with pokemon weak-against-type/strong-against-type system like in Pokemon video games.
The pokemon use their moves that use in their games.

The game also has the hub that takes place in Kanto where outside of story mode the player can buy power-ups or upgrade itself on stronger level.


Playable roster:
Alright, let's assume that Red or May are playable and they send out the player pokemon that they have in their party:


1. Pikachu (the electric jack-of-trades)
2. Hariyama (Wrestler-type character)
3. Lucario (Striker-type fighter)
4. Zoroark (Illusion-type fighter)
5. Delphox (Mage/Range-type fighter)

8. Grafaiai (Artist/Ink-type fighter)

1. Charizard (A fighter who uses a lot of fire type moves and it's a brawler type fighter)

3. Tsareena (A female fighter whose moveset focuses on kicks or other leg-type attacks)
4. Toxtricity (Stance-type fighter. Can switch through two playstyles: Yellow - More aggressive and faster, but weaker while Blue - More calmer and strong, but slower)


DLC Pack 2:
1. Johtonian Sneasel (Another pre-evo fighter and it's moveset is more slash/ninja-like while it can use some ice-type moves)
2. Garchomp (A rushdown-type fighter who can burrow under the ground)
3. Gholdengo (A surfer/money man-type fighter who uses it's surfboard and coins for attacks)
4. Mewtwo (Feels kinda like composite fighter)

(If I wanted to include a guest fighter, here are the options:

• Pulseman (Game freak made the game)
• Agumon (Pokemon is compared to Digimon by many people)
• Leonardo (Tribute games made the Shredder's revenge)
• Scott Pilgrim (Kinda unlikely, but it would be cool since his series have a lot of video game references and he wouldn't look out of place while fighting team plasma grunts and hostile pokemon))

And other choices that have connections with Pokemon franchise)

The first half of the game takes place in Poke-Japan (Kanto, Johto and Hoenn), in middle of the game it takes place on Alola region and latter half takes place in Orre and Unova.

I recently started into Super Robot Wars with SRW30 and I wanted to do my wishlist for what series and units I would like in the next game, I must admit I'm very new so probably this doesn't make sense or is quite bland but it's just for fun anyway. By the way I'll include some SRW OG chars but it's harder to me know them asides of those in SRW30 (at least from what I see of them until 3-1 that its the part where I'm) so I'm kinda more guiding for aesthetics there. Also I was thinking only in terms of units most likely a lot of these series would be unit only so yeaah. I'm also avoiding the upgrades like those of Gridman and Gurren Lagann.
